This is such a comprehensive suite of offerings it's hard to fathom why this doesn't have a broader market share. It is so easy to use and ensure that our customers have a clear and simple "set it and forget it" experience. The fact that you can request additional APIs for integration and that they are turned out for usage in a very rapid turnaround only adds to the value these guys provide. They have also just added a forum for customer discussions regarding solutions, upcoming features and the like. All in all, a comprehensive solution. **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** Sometimes a little tricky to understand which of the internal API functions you might need. This however is frequently cleared up by their support team who are excellent. Other than that there's precious little to make a negative impression on my experiences, as everything you might want or need is held within the platform (including help) **Recommendations to others considering Cyclr:** If you've looked at all the others in this arena, come back and realise that this is the solution that you want, as well as the one you need. You'll be awfully glad you did. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating customer platforms into our own Native SaaS Solution, with ease and a surety and security that the interface provides. We've managed to integrate solutions from various APIs and have requested new APIs to be connected at a small cost, with additional features added to existing connections to ensure they can meet our clients' needs. We're feeding data from our clients' systems into Marketing lists in our platform allowing them to conduct their marketing activities and return resultant data back to their systems. The big wins for us are :- We have monetised Integration as a Service, which fits in really well with the SaaS model of our product. The timeliness of their response and the quality of the solution or alternative approach is invaluable. They are hands down, the best at providing support in the iPaaS space. Additionally, the flexibility of the Cyclr product has allowed me to do complex tasks without the need for additional code. I can easily put together an integration using the simple drag-and-drop interface. The amount of time I spend building integrations with Cyclr has been reduced by a significant amount. Freeing me up for other work. **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** As with all platforms, dependency on the App you are integrating with can trip you up. Once again, the cyclr team is there to lend a hand. They dug in and help me with the intricacies of the Apps I am syncing. An areas for improvement would be the documentation. While the answer is available, a simple way to find it is more work than necessary. **Recommendations to others considering Cyclr:** Start with a Trial to get the hang of using Cyclr. It is a great tool, but may not be for everyone. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are replacing an existing integration between HubSpot and NetSuite. The existing solution has not provided the confidence required for the many Marketing and Lead Management decisions. Using Cyclr, it is simple to visualize the integration which provides a better understanding of what is being synced between the systems. The primary benefit Cyclr provides is the confidence that has been lacking for so long. If something breaks we are not being alerted - No direct access to the system sending the requests so we have to ask for help in case of issues - The reporting or viewing of the transaction data could be improved. There is a search but having filters and a view being able to see all of the data in rows rather than having to click into a transaction would be beneficial - Option to export data from transaction flows in one click to XSL or spreadsheet would be great - We often have issues linking to flows from external links and they don't often work. We end up having to log in and search for the account - A live chat would be helpful - the guys on email are great but sometimes when you’re in the middle of a flow being able to quickly ask a live chat person would be beneficial - Being able to have multiple workflows open at the same time and work on them seems to be buggy and you have to re log in to them in order to continue the work **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to integrate with our customers ESPs making the work with Yieldify smoother for clients, they do not have to download the data captured, and instead it's going straight to their ESP. **Official Response from Daniel Twigg:** > Hi there! It is great to be able to have confidence that we can integrate to anything that has an API. If the connector does not exist, the team at Cyclr can get it created in weeks, not months. With the growing list of connectors, this really is a great platform. The team at Cyclr are also incredible to work with. We are based in Australia, right out of their timezone, but they are always available for a call, and super responsive when we have questions. **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** Some of the steps to do advanced logic in the integrations can get a little technical. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are predominantly integrating into Learning Management systems and Accounting systems. The Cyclr team is one of the most professional and responsive teams I've ever worked with. They worked extensively with us on our initial implementation. Training was phenomenal and suggestions regarding the product were taken very seriously (and often acted on). **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** No complaints at this time. Our experience has been almost entirely positive. The product strikes a balance between powerful configuration and intuitive interface. The intuitive interface pushes most of the heavy lifting to custom javascript which requires a bit more coding experience for advanced integrations, but this is my only negative comment and I think it's actually very necessary. There were a number of dead links, and I found some concepts confusing. This was ameliorated by the one to one support I gained via Zoom chats with their staff. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is little need to fully understand all the aspects of the RESTful APIs of the packages we wish to connect to. Cyclr does the heavy lifting for us. Flexibility - you can create any type of workflow you want. With custom scripting in Javascript you can do anything you might need to including making http requests. This was designed to create very complex workflows. Also, their team is willing to implement connectors for new products, which is what they did for us. 2. Support - the support has been amazing. The Cyclr staff has always been great to work with. They are always taking care of me and finding solutions and sending me docs to help me understand their system better. **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** It's just a new way of "programming" so it takes some getting used to. There are some parts that could be made more user friendly, but overall is a great system. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are automating the submission of orders from Magento 2 into SalesPad (GP Dynamics ERP). By using this system it is very easy to customize the business rules we want/need to make our workflow work the best for our business. ### 14. It seems an extremely solid product and we've stuck with it, as we need stuff that'll just work and never let us down ... an integral part of our system and this is a long-term partnership. They have been very supportive and have assisted us with our integration and setup questions ... they're a good set of people, that I want to work with ;) **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** The docs and terminology can be confusing and a bit of a learning curve figuring out what is doing what ... and still a little confused on some stuff. Just as much as "it's built by real developers" is a strength, it is also a weakness; but, their team is building out and they are getting less "dev", which is good for things like documentation and terminology, etc :D The amount of effort for our integration has been pretty hefty ... and there'll be more needed as well ... but, if it all works as hoped then it is worth the effort. **Recommendations to others considering Cyclr:** We are doing what would be classified as a "complex" integration ... as we're not doing the normal ... and we've been able to get Cyclr to do what we need - but, has been a pretty big process in getting it set up, so you do need good tech resources to do this. However, there are a few really simple ways to integrate Cyclr, that if you've got a basic setup it may be pretty easy to get going and can GUARANTEE the Cyclr team will help you succeed ... they're pretty great folks ;) **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need an iPaaS that enables users in our platform to connect with basically any data-source that is available via the internet ... and does this for ANY data format and source, so our platform can work it's magic once we receive it in. ### 15. For us, we simply could not afford to invest development bandwidth in unique API-based integration and Cyclr was a great option. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our product (CloudKPI) provides metrics, insights and scenario modeling for finance and other members of a SaaS company's executive team. The support team are also a big help with a quick response time to issues and new tasks. Their knowledge of a vast number of public APIs we use is of massive use to us as a company and they often go above and beyond to help with any questions that arise upon implementation of them. **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** Alerts/Notifications would be useful when an integration isn't running as it should, or we are experiencing an increased number of errors. There are reports for this within Cyclr but due to the number of different workflows we have running and the lack of capacity we have as a team to look over these regularly means these can be missed for a while before eventually being picked up. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cyclr has allowed us speed up delivery for external integrations with our partners. It has enabled management of certain aspects of the integrations to be managed outside of the development team freeing up resources for other things. The user experience for customers is good and can be seamless with your product. **What do you dislike about Cyclr?** Cyclr is intended for simpler integrations that don't require complex sequencing or business logic. We initially planned to use Cyclr for our accounting integrations, but found that this was too complex and the sequencing required was too complex to reliably implement with Cyclr. However, we still see Cyclr as a good tool for our customers to use to integrate with things such as marketing tools (mailchimp, autopilot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, SugarCRM) or anything that is a point to point integration that is not business critical. **Recommendations to others considering Cyclr:** Ideal for offering a range of integrations with third party software and as an embedded marketplace. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using cyclr to provide integration with a wide ecosystem of other platforms such as CRMs and email and sms marketing tools. ### 21. The connector team are experts in building integrations and well worth spending time with if you get the opportunity. **What problems is Cyclr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Disparate applications across accounting, customer success, CRM, billing, and internal collaboration were previously disconnected. Other tools we tried were unable to reliable synchronise records reliably. Without Cyclr, we'd spend many hours a month on manual reconciliation and data transfer. ### 22.
