What do you like best?

Professionalism. From the first call to project completion, Cybriant's professionalism and expertise was exceptional. Our organization had reached-out to a number of other managed security service providers , however, they simply failed to help us create a solution that catered to our needs, nor do I feel that they actually attempted to do so. What do you dislike?

Honestly, we didn't have any issues with Cybriant, which is rare. It did take a week longer than expected to kick-off our project, however, the process was slowed-up on our side initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Cybriant helped our organization with log management, collection and analytics, utilizing a risk-based/best practices approach during the pre and post implementation phases of the project. Additionally, we have contracted with Cybriant to help us with our cybersecurity posture, which will most likely morph into a variety of other compliance/framework related projects. Cybriant performed our Security Audit. They scanned our network and interviewed our staff and leadership to help us know how to best protect our company. It is easy to overlook holes in your environment, when that is the only one you work in all day. What do you like best?

I like the experience they have. The team we worked with is seasoned in all things security. The staff was very friendly, and firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We had some licensing hiccups along the way. I can't say this was a real issue. This is the only issue we had. This was all due to the quarantine. Since we can't meet in person, we are all trying to figure out new ways to work in this situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had clients who had a range of other antivirus protection on their systems, none of them found or stopped the ransomware infecting the clients until I downloaded and installed Cybriant. The Cybriant solution found all the versions of the ransomware and allowed us to start the cleanup process which we could not have done if the ransomware infection was still running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cybriant's staff are extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Their capacity to assist with a large variety of cybersecurity projects gave us the ability to comfortably focus on other projects and work.
