"New Age Cyber Defense with Fast Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

I appreciate Cyble's new age and futuristic features, especially the use of AI at various layers to speed up our processes. The Blaze AI, an in-house LLM, significantly reduces our analysis and reporting time from weeks to just a couple of hours. I value the frequent use of Blaze AI and Attack Surface Management tools for the visibility and analysis they provide. We switched to Cyble from Google Mandiant because the freshness of data and coverage was better. The initial setup was very easy, and within a week, it became part of our threat defense. What do you dislike about Cyble?

I feel support needs to be improved in the country, since overseas support is sometimes not available during working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Brand Protection, Needs Better Local Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

I chose Cyble for brand protection and threat intel, and I really appreciate how Blaze AI has been very helpful. It's like ChatGPT but uses our organization-specific data, which helps generate reports quickly. Indexing data and creating reports is faster with Blaze. Setting up Cyble was very easy; it just took a couple of days, and our staff was trained in about a week. I also really like the real-time alerts that notify us about any false impersonations or campaigns that could damage our brand image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

They need to add some people in local support teams. Out of timezone support is thin. For example, in Australia, if we need some guidance on alert management, we usually get that after 12 pm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Early Threat Detection and Asset Protection Made Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble’s darkweb, brand protection, ASM strengthen security by revealing hidden threats early, protecting reputation from impersonation or fraud, and mapping exposed assets so vulnerabilities can be fixed before attackers exploit them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

One downside of Cyble is that takedowns of malicious content or threats can be slow. This delay may allow attackers to continue exploiting leaked data, phishing sites, or other vulnerabilities. Faster takedown processes would improve real-time protection and reduce potential damage to brand and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Social Media and Credential Monitoring with Real-Time Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

What I like the most about the service is first, its Social Media Monitoring function. This helps the analysts to check the alerts related to social media as the post itself is already seen on the platform. Second is the Leaked Credential Monitoring function. This helps us analysts to inform our clients when a credential from their organization is leaked so they can take action immediately. Lastly, it is the real-time insights it provides that are coming from the deep and dark web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

What I disliked the most about the product is first, its login function, sometimes I would be locked out because of trying to login multiple times with the correct credentials. Second is its OTP for logging in, sometimes I encounter some errors with the OTP, but I see to it that what I put is correct. Lastly, there is alert management, where alerts are sometimes all false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vital IoT Database for Security Analysts"
4/5
What do you like best about Cyble?

I really like Cyble's real-time IoT database, which is extremely helpful in my role as a security analyst. This feature provides detailed information about Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), which is crucial for investigating and ensuring our system's security. I find the capability to cross-check these IOCs against other platforms indispensable for comprehensive security analysis. The real-time updates allow me to promptly and accurately verify the necessary data, supporting my decision-making process during critical security assessments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

I find that the IoT database on Cyble is lacking some Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), which can be a significant drawback for my work. This limitation necessitates integrating other platforms to expand the database. I believe that incorporating more comprehensive data sources would enhance Cyble's capabilities and provide a more complete resource for cross-examining IOCs found in my environment.
