What I like the most about the service is first, its Social Media Monitoring function. This helps the analysts to check the alerts related to social media as the post itself is already seen on the platform. Second is the Leaked Credential Monitoring function. This helps us analysts to inform our clients when a credential from their organization is leaked so they can take action immediately. What I disliked the most about the product is first, its login function, sometimes I would be locked out because of trying to login multiple times with the correct credentials. Second is its OTP for logging in, sometimes I encounter some errors with the OTP, but I see to it that what I put is correct.
