## Cyble Reviews
  ### 1. Comprehensive Threat Monitoring with Actionable Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fouzan S. | Delivery Head - CyberSecurity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

Cyble provides a single view across dark web monitoring, attack surface management, and brand protection, making it much easier to stay ahead of emerging threats.
The platform surfaces relevant, high‑quality alerts instead of noise, so our team can quickly prioritise and act on real risks to the organisation and our clients.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

The only downside so far has been occasional false positives in the alerts, which means a bit of extra effort and caution to validate certain findings.
Beyond that, there have not been any significant issues or negative experiences with the platform.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyble helps our team identify exposed assets, leaked data, and brand impersonation early, so these issues can be contained and addressed before they become incidents. It also reduces the manual effort needed to track the dark web and external attack surface, freeing up time for higher‑value security and compliance work.

  ### 2. Comprehensive Cyber Threat Monitoring Across All Web Layers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stoddert G. | SOC L1 Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

Cyble provides a comprehensive set of tools and services aimed at monitoring, detecting, and mitigating cyber threats across various layers of the internet, including the surface web, deep web, and dark web.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

Some users have reported that Cyble generates a high number of alerts, many of which are only partial matches or ultimately harmless. This can lead to analysts spending additional time sorting through unnecessary notifications. As one reviewer mentioned, the partial matches in dark web exposure alerts contribute to an increase in false positives, making the process more time-consuming.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyble addresses the challenges of hidden data exposure, brand impersonation, and emerging cyber threats by constantly monitoring the surface, deep, and dark web for leaked credentials, threats, and fraudulent activities. It transforms this intelligence into actionable alerts, providing early warnings of potential breaches. This helps protect your identity or brand from misuse, lowers the risk of fraud or phishing, and enables you to address vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. As a result, your overall security posture is strengthened, while you save time and minimize the chances of financial or reputational harm.

  ### 3. Outstanding Social Media and Credential Monitoring with Real-Time Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

What I like the most about the service is first, its Social Media Monitoring function. This helps the analysts to check the alerts related to social media as the post itself is already seen on the platform. Second is the Leaked Credential Monitoring function. This helps us analysts to inform our clients when a credential from their organization is leaked so they can take action immediately. Lastly, it is the real-time insights it provides that are coming from the deep and dark web.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

What I disliked the most about the product is first, its login function, sometimes I would be locked out because of trying to login multiple times with the correct credentials. Second is its OTP for logging in, sometimes I encounter some errors with the OTP, but I see to it that what I put is correct. Lastly, there is alert management, where alerts are sometimes all false positives.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyble assists us analysts in keeping track of our clients' brand reputation and image, particularly on social media platforms. It enables us to monitor if the client's organization name or reputation is being misused or associated with illegal activities. Additionally, Cyble helps us detect when our clients' credentials have been leaked, allowing us to promptly notify them so they can take immediate action.

  ### 4. Comprehensive Threat Detection Made Easy with Cyble Vision

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

Cyble Vision gives you a clear view of threats lurking across the dark web, leaked data, and your attack surface, helping you spot risks before they become real problems. It brings together brand protection, executive monitoring, and third-party risk all in one place, so your security team doesn’t have to juggle multiple tools. People really like how it uses AI to automate threat detection and easily connects with their existing security systems, making it easier to respond quickly. Plus, it’s pretty straightforward to get started with, making it a solid choice if you want wide-ranging, proactive cyber risk coverage without the headache.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

I find Cyble challenging because it often floods me with alerts and false positives, making it hard to focus on real threats. The platform doesn’t give me much flexibility to customize dashboards or filter alerts, which limits how I can work efficiently. Sometimes the data feels inaccurate, so I waste time investigating issues that aren’t real. On top of that, when I need help, support can be slow to respond, which is frustrating during urgent situations.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyble helps me by giving real-time visibility into leaked credentials, brand misuse, and other exposures across the surface, deep, and dark web. It provides actionable threat intelligence so I can address risks before they turn into incidents. The platform is easy to onboard and consolidates multiple security functions, which saves me time and effort. Overall, it improves my efficiency and strengthens my ability to detect and respond to threats quickly.

  ### 5. Comprehensive Threat Intelligence with Room for Alert Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhulika S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

I really like the alerts management console in Cyble as it helps us gather detailed information about breaches, data exposures, and other critical incidents related to our clients. The ability to investigate these issues in depth, including receiving relevant screenshots, allows us to support our findings more effectively. I appreciate the dashboards, which provide a concise overview of all incidents we handle, categorized by type and severity. This feature is essential for presenting strategic data to clients. The newsflash section is incredibly useful for keeping us updated on threat actor activities and recent breaches, which is crucial for timely client communication and reporting. The vulnerability intelligence feature is another aspect I value; it keeps us informed about any zero-day or critical vulnerabilities, enabling us to report these potential risks promptly to our clients. Additionally, Cyble's flexibility during client onboarding, especially when conducting one-time assessments, is a significant advantage over other platforms we have used. Finally, I found the setup process to be very easy, seamless, and efficient, and given all these benefits, I would highly recommend Cyble to others.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

I find the partial matches in dark web exposure alerts to be problematic. They increase the false positives, which makes it more time-consuming for analysts to sift through alerts for valid information. There's no current feature to segregate these partial match alerts. Even when utilizing customized query options, partial matches still arise, causing inefficiencies.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cyble for threat intelligence, monitoring brand defacement, and providing actionable intelligence. It helps with breach analysis, vulnerability updates, and strategic client reporting, streamlining operations and client assessments that other platforms didn't offer.

  ### 6. Exceptional Threat Intelligence and Brand Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin Reynel P.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

I really appreciate Cyble's in-depth data collection and accuracy in detecting leaked credentials, phishing domains, and brand impersonation attempts. Cyble's seamless integrations with SIEM and SOAR systems greatly enhance my ability to manage and take action on gathered data effectively. The customer service provided is commendable, ensuring that any issues or queries are addressed promptly. I also find Cyble's flexible SKU or product solution module highly advantageous, which was a key motivator in our decision to switch from our previous provider, Recorded Future. The offer of unlimited takedowns for phishing sites is particularly beneficial and sets Cyble apart. The setup process is incredibly straightforward, allowing us to deploy quickly as long as all prerequisites are met. Overall, Cyble's combination of robust threat intelligence capabilities and seamless operational integration has simplified our approach to brand protection and threat management.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

I wish Cyble offered more customization options in their dashboard and reporting. While the platform provides many good out-of-the-box dashboards and reports, it would be beneficial to have the capability to create personalized dashboards. This customization would help make the data more easily understandable for executives, showcasing the value of the solution effectively. Additionally, the ability to create custom widgets for detailing all the data gathered by Cyble would enhance its use.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cyble to identify and mitigate threats by monitoring online platforms for data leaks and impersonations, supporting seamless operations with SIEM and SOAR integrations, offering accurate threat detection, and benefiting from unlimited phishing site takedowns.

The threat intelligence, because it collects data from wide range of sources and the retrieved data are reliable, automation capabilities on threat analysis to reduce manual workload, Brand and Digital Risk Protection where the web monitoring can spot leaked credentials etc.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

False positive alerts which leads the analysis fatigue, UI dashboard limitations but the UI is good if we are defining simpleness but lacks advanced filtering and customizations.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The provided data to our clients since it the platform provides reliable data which we can use in order to comply with the clients need in terms of cyber security, threat intelligence and brand protection.

  ### 8. Vital Cybersecurity Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek D.

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

I greatly appreciate Cyble for providing early warnings and meaningful context, which sets it apart from services that merely deliver data dumps. The platform's ability to offer a unified view across attack surfaces with actionable and prioritized intelligence is incredibly beneficial to my cybersecurity efforts. Cyble's coverage of the breach perimeter, including pre-breach, during breach, and post-breach stages, is comprehensive and gives me a better understanding of threats. Another aspect I like is the straightforward integration design setup, which makes onboarding quick and seamless. These features together ensure that Cyble integrates smoothly as part of my cybersecurity tool suite, enhancing my overall security strategy.

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

I find Cyble's relatively higher rate of false positives to be an issue that could benefit from fine-tuning.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cyble for unified views on attack surfaces with actionable intelligence, offering early warnings and meaningful context, covering pre, during, and post-breach scenarios.

  ### 10. Essential Visibility Across Dark, Deep, and Surface Web

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Cyble?**

Provides me visibility into dark web, deep web and surface web sources which is valuable in my role as a Cyber threat Intelligence Analyst

**What do you dislike about Cyble?**

1) The alerts management feature for Social Media Monitoring still produces false positives, even when keywords are configured correctly. 2) The Third Party Risk Intelligence module only allows you to add and compare up to five third parties, which is a limitation for us because our client requires broader visibility into their third-party relationships. 3) Regarding takedown requests, it would be helpful if the Cyble team allowed users to upload files in addition to screenshots of URLs, since takedowns can involve more than just URLs, fake profiles, or phishing sites.

**What problems is Cyble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyble has truly transformed my role as a Threat Intelligence Analyst. It addresses essential challenges such as monitoring the dark web for leaked credentials, detecting phishing domains, and uncovering exposed assets throughout our attack surface. What stands out to me is the actionable intelligence it delivers on emerging threats and threat actor activities, enabling me to anticipate and respond to potential incidents more effectively.

The platform significantly reduces the time I spend on tasks that would otherwise be manual, like searching underground forums or monitoring for impersonation attempts. Its intuitive dashboards and organized feeds also make it much simpler to report findings to leadership, enhancing the impact of my communications. In summary, Cyble has strengthened our risk posture and given me greater confidence that we are proactively managing threats before they escalate.
