"High-Confidence Intelligence with Minimal Noise and Strong Support"
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble provides high-fidelity, real-time threat intelligence with extensive surface, deep and dark web coverage, enabling early detection of data leaks, credential exposure and emerging threat actor activity. The most valuable aspects is the context-rich, actionable insights that significantly reduce analyzing and investigation time. Key upsides include accurate alerting, low false positives, intuitive dashboards & strong support for proactive risk mitigation and security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

Some advanced features can take time to fully understand, especially for new users. A few sections of the dashboard could be simpler, with clearer guidance & easier customization. However, there are small drawbacks that don't affect the overall effectiveness of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Threat Monitoring with Actionable Alerts"
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble provides a single view across dark web monitoring, attack surface management, and brand protection, making it much easier to stay ahead of emerging threats.

The platform surfaces relevant, high‑quality alerts instead of noise, so our team can quickly prioritise and act on real risks to the organisation and our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

The only downside so far has been occasional false positives in the alerts, which means a bit of extra effort and caution to validate certain findings.

Beyond that, there have not been any significant issues or negative experiences with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Cyber Threat Monitoring Across All Web Layers"
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble provides a comprehensive set of tools and services aimed at monitoring, detecting, and mitigating cyber threats across various layers of the internet, including the surface web, deep web, and dark web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

Some users have reported that Cyble generates a high number of alerts, many of which are only partial matches or ultimately harmless. This can lead to analysts spending additional time sorting through unnecessary notifications. As one reviewer mentioned, the partial matches in dark web exposure alerts contribute to an increase in false positives, making the process more time-consuming. "Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish"
What do you like best about Cyble?

What I like best about Cyble, and what is most helpful, are its robust API capabilities and seamless integrations. The APIs are well documented, stable, and allow for automated ingestion of threat intelligence int oSOAR and SIEM workflows, which saves significant manual effort. Integration flexibility enables us to correlate external brand threats, phishing domains, and impersonation alerts directly with our internal incident response processes. These features make the platform highly operationally efficient, allowing realtime response and automated enrichment across multiple security tools. Overall, the API first approah is the biggest upside, making Cyble easy to integrate, automate, and sclae within our security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

What I find most frustrating about Cyble is the limited ability to customize alert thresholds, as well as the fact that takedown workflows can be slow or sometimes require manual intervention. The reporting features also lack detailed filtering options, and coverage for niche platforms is often incomplete. Additionally, historical data retention is restricted, and the API rate limits can occasionally introduce latency when integrating threat intelligence into SOAR or SIEM workflows. "Overview and User Experience Feedback on Cyble Solutions"
What do you like best about Cyble?

Cyble provides a wide range of solutions and modules focused on threats, vulnerabilities, and attack surfaces, which help us prevent issues before they escalate into actual threats. Additionally, Cyble enables us to assess the potential damages that could impact businesses and supplies us with the necessary intelligence to address them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

Cyble may feel overwhelming to new users because the dashboard and user interface lack sufficient context. Additionally, the documentation can be difficult to locate and sometimes confusing. Having a tutorial, video, or introductory courses would be helpful for those just getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Threat Intelligence, Swift Response Time"
What do you like best about Cyble?

I find Cyble incredibly valuable for gathering first-hand data on potential threats. It aggregates more than 100 sources from a cybersecurity perspective, which helps us generate accurate intel. The data is accurate and refined to minimize noise. I appreciate that the metadata for each data entry enables proper tagging and sorting, letting us quickly reach important alerts and react faster. The unified data lake of various modules allows us to correlate information almost in real-time, informing affected parties in advance. The ability to white label through the Cyble Vision portal helps produce reports ready for C-Suite consumption and ensures we meet SLAs every time. The third-party reporting tool offers nearly 20 indicators that create a scorecard, which customers love to use to compare their cyber exposure with peers. Integration with other tools was also quite straightforward, taking less than two weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

Cyble has been growing fast. They need to invest more time in training, certifications, partnering with the right MSSPs to enhance customer experience. Better users are trained faster, they can answer queries of the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cyble: Comprehensive Security Coverage, Fast Setup"
What do you like best about Cyble?

I appreciate Cyble's complete coverage across the Dark Web, AMS, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Discord, which helped our organization deal with code leaks and abuses effectively. I find monitoring gaps proactively with Cyble very useful, especially since scanning multiple codes and open keys used to waste a lot of time. Their coverage of less commonly used repos like Postman, Docket, and Bitbucket is game-changing. I also like how Cyble quickly finds any secret left in the code so that the admin can address it before a threat actor can exploit it. Besides, the initial setup was fairly fast, taking about 5 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

Too many partners create confusion. Maybe they need 1-2 good partners in every geographical area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Cybersecurity with Precise Alerts"
What do you like best about Cyble?

I find Cyble incredibly helpful in consolidating multiple tools within our cybersecurity defense lab. It significantly reduces noise and alert fatigue, providing precise and accurate information that allows us to act quickly. I really like the exhaustive threat library, which includes both immediate threats and historical data, enabling us to map how threat vectors have behaved in the past and adequately prepare our defenses. The great advisories in the TLP protocol allow us to apply quick fixes to affected clients and services. Additionally, the integrated dashboard stands out as a beneficial feature, making it easy to manage and monitor security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

They need to have more partners on the ground to provide implementation and testing support. They can add more MSSP partners in the ecosystem and station a couple of resources in-country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New Age Cyber Defense with Fast Setup"
What do you like best about Cyble?

I appreciate Cyble's new age and futuristic features, especially the use of AI at various layers to speed up our processes. The Blaze AI, an in-house LLM, significantly reduces our analysis and reporting time from weeks to just a couple of hours. I value the frequent use of Blaze AI and Attack Surface Management tools for the visibility and analysis they provide. We switched to Cyble from Google Mandiant because the freshness of data and coverage was better. The initial setup was very easy, and within a week, it became part of our threat defense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

I feel support needs to be improved in the country, since overseas support is sometimes not available during working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Brand Protection, Needs Better Local Support"
What do you like best about Cyble?

I chose Cyble for brand protection and threat intel, and I really appreciate how Blaze AI has been very helpful. It's like ChatGPT but uses our organization-specific data, which helps generate reports quickly. Indexing data and creating reports is faster with Blaze. Setting up Cyble was very easy; it just took a couple of days, and our staff was trained in about a week. I also really like the real-time alerts that notify us about any false impersonations or campaigns that could damage our brand image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyble?

They need to add some people in local support teams. Out of timezone support is thin. For example, in Australia, if we need some guidance on alert management, we usually get that after 12 pm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
