What do you dislike about CyberTools for Libraries? - Third-party integration: what I found is that it's cumbersome and may require additional technical support to integrate it into our own tool. - Initial setup and learning took time also we needed to connect with support for some queries. - Need to improve their documentation so it can be easy to find out the solution. - Occasional update were temporarily disrupt usage which sometimes affect our current work. Well, for starters, I cannot upload the screenshot ! connectivity with online functions is not full. when I send an email to a borrower, confirming when books are due, it will only send the first book on the list.
