CyberSentriq provides an all-in-one way for us to manage our small agency’s email and web security, while also enabling regular security awareness and simulated phishing training. Their tools are easy to use, and the training materials they provide are excellent.

As CyberSentriq users, the system has helped us avoid spam emails and has even blocked unsafe websites. It runs well on client machines without slowing down speed or disrupting workflow, and the interface is straightforward. If there’s one improvement I’d like to see, it would be having all product modules available in one central dashboard, rather than needing to access separate areas.

Getting started has been easy, since the onboarding team walks you through the process. The few times we’ve needed support, it has been responsive and quick. Regular check-ins with a customer success manager help ensure the product is performing the way you want it to, and they also share helpful information about CyberSentriq new releases and the new feature road map.

Currently, their product offerings are accessed through different dashboards and separate logins. I’d like to see this centralized into a single dashboard with one set of credentials. I like the interface of CyberSentriq, especially for incoming emails. It's good and makes it really easy to identify mails that have been blocked and maybe need to be released. I haven't compared it to other products, but I just like the ease of use, being able to whitelist emails and domains, and be able to find a history in the logs. Well, as far as the SpamTitan tool, we've had some issues on the outbound side where we had to put tickets in. Where things have been blocked. Certain IPs, I think, have been blacklisted. Too many modules: inbound emails monitored on a different platform, outbound on a different platform, phishing on a different platform. All three need 3 different login accounts with 3 different 2FA. I’ve been with CyberSentriq for almost three years now, and the enrollment process was easy. The user-friendly UI/UX also makes it a straightforward product to work with.

I've had some issues with CyberSentriq where emails have been spoofed and changed slightly, which allowed them to slip past the filter. One incident involved a spoofed email that sent a request to accounting for a bank change, though luckily it was caught in time. We use CyberSentriq for sending out cybersecurity awareness training. It is easy to import users for Office 365 and pick training modules to share.
