**What do you like best about CyberPanel?**

CyberPanel is an open-source web hosting control panel that supports OpenLiteSpeed and LiteSpeed Enterprise. On paper, it offers a modern interface, automated SSL, WordPress management, and resource monitoring.

	•	OpenLiteSpeed and LiteSpeed Enterprise integration
	•	One-click application installation (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
	•	Automated SSL via Let’s Encrypt
	•	Resource usage monitoring from the dashboard
	•	Unlimited installs and domains in the free plan

**What do you dislike about CyberPanel?**

My experience with CyberPanel has been overwhelmingly negative. The platform is riddled with bugs and reliability issues. The so-called “one-click” WordPress installer consistently fails due to permission errors and missing dependencies, often turning a simple task into hours of troubleshooting. SSL automation is unreliable, with certificates frequently failing to validate and error messages that provide no actionable information.

The email system is poorly implemented, spam filtering doesn’t work, and setting up DKIM/DMARC is unnecessarily complex, falling short even compared to other free panels.

Support is another weak point. Even as a paying customer, responses are slow, generic, and often irrelevant.

**What problems is CyberPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n my case, CyberPanel failed to solve any meaningful problems. Instead of streamlining server management, it introduced new headaches and risk. The instability, security flaws, and lack of reliable support made it impossible to trust the platform for anything beyond non-essential projects.
