The sheer volume of information that needs to be documented - including documenting the same thing in multiple places at times. There is very little support for bulk editing and very little automation or integration with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In some parts, the reports are somewhat confusing and would benefit from a clear reporting option without personal additions, which are still visible in the reports even if no comments are added.
