If you need a developer, engineer, or project manager, CyberCoders is the first place I would go to hire. Their talent pool is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about CyberCoders?**

While CyberCoders can help with IT-related openings not specific to software development or project management, the pickings are slim. Most applicants on CyberCoders are more focused on a software or project position.

**What problems is CyberCoders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CyberCoders is an excellent way for talent and organizations to connect in the software development arena. Because they specialize in this area, they excel at matching top-tier talent with relevant jobs and making sure employers find the right person to fill an open role.

* recuritment process could be shorter but it is not. sometime qualified people can get away by the long term recuritmen processes

The project or task should not be enough.I think a verbal quiz or assignment should establishs as well. People may like bad or feel themselves not in mood during the test. So test is not enough to assess if a person is eligible or not

**What do you like best about CyberCoders?**

* Questions were fair enough
* Tecnical questions were good

**What do you dislike about CyberCoders?**

* Not enough to assess a person
* People can feel themsef in bad mood during the exam
