It didn't have near the capabilities as other ATS systems I have used. It was hard to search for candidates and hard to find candidates and keep track of who had been called. **Recommendations to others considering Cyber Recruiter:** I would recommend checking into other products. **What problems is Cyber Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was a place for us to store candidates and go back to later, but they were hard to find at times and the results didn't seem right when I ran searches. ### 2.
