We are just starting our jouney with Cyber Chief, but we have a solid history with Audacix, the company behind it. They are actually using Cyber Chief internally when they do the pen-testing for our systems. I am super happy with our collaboration so far. They have excellent catches for vulnerabilities on our platform, but what is more important they are always available to discuss potential fixes, taking into account our business requirements. The quality is great, especially compared to other pen-testing services we are using. We are talking the same language. Adding CyberChief to the picture, I see one immediate huge benefit, which is the ability to get all our endpoints hit by users and bots through their traffic scanning. This is super valuable info for securing a large platform. If we can get 40% of the vulenrabilities listed in their pen-test report through CyberChief as they promise, this will be another win. The best part about Cyber Chief is we can have all the testing & secuirty been taken care all under one platform and in one go. Also one of the features where the vulnerabilities can be detected behind the login page as well. The entire security setup is easy to deploy as well and the team is on their toes to help! The vulnerability test results are set out in a very intuitive way. I can easily understand just by looking at the kanban board what issues I need to focus on or what issues someone else from my team is working on. What do you dislike about Cyber Chief? Integrations are still to come online. We're particularly keen to see how the Slack integration works. What's already there works really well. We didn't have a standard way for our engineers to run security scans on our applications. Cyber Chief gives us that ability and because the results are so detailed and the fixes are given in languages that we use, eg. Java, Python, C#, etc, this saves a lot of time. As the world knows Magento is really prone to security holes. So my team uses cyber chief to scan the magento ecom stores we build for our customers. I guess this is our way of telling our customers that we want to keep their online stores secure and we simply present reports from cyber chief to show this to our customers that there are no high risk vulnerabilities in the store that we've built for them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cyber Chief? I've not quite learned how to set up authenticated scanning myself. We can now share security reports with uor customers for every project. I find it a lot easier to fix vulnearbilities and customers trust us a lot more because they can see that we're doing security work without them having to tell us to do it. We can run vulnerability scans for all our public facing web apps at a click of a button. My software engineers get some very targeted suggestions to fix the vulnerabilities that are found.
