**What do you like best about Thinfinity Remote Desktop?**

For its  zero-trust approach, enabling secure and contextual access to corporate virtual desktops.
This tool is easy to deploy and use. Tool is very light hence its never get lags.
My Experience with Thinfinity Remote Desktop has been great because it offers great features and it makes remote assistance a breeze. It saves time and resources

**What do you dislike about Thinfinity Remote Desktop?**

For the 2 years I have used Thinfinity Remote Desktop. I have not had any major problems.

We are using it for remote desktop app.As an IT expert, this tool makes it easy to access other PCs and make changes or help my team deal with It challenges. The tool is secure, fast and reliable.

It's intuitive for users to navigate. Easy setup

Inability to use multiple monitors, no one uses 1 monitor in a remote working world. This feature needs work

amaziongly quick set up when covid lock down hit and we use it for Consultants who require limited access
