The development team are highly receptive to feedback and criticism, and are keen to implement improvement. The integrations with our SIEM and SOC work very well, and provide a seamless view across multiple datapoints. It can be used not only to discuss/triage incidents, but to get a picture of your overall estate. **What do you dislike about CybaOps?** The platform still does have a way to go. The UI/UX of the platform still seems to lag behind competitors. Sometimes, there are glitches in the interface, that can reduce confidence. MFA is not mandatory, which I find a little strange. **What problems is CybaOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's giving us a single pane of glass to our Cybersecurity posture.
