What do you like best about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

The virtual attendee hub was mostly automatically generated, and not bad-looking. Managing session information and production roles wasn't too hard to learn. Support team was always there to answer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

Needing to upload pre-recorded sessions for someone else to process, instead of being able to do that ourselves. Not being able to easily manage attendees in regards to which sessions were "included" vs which they had to pay extra for... especially those that were broken into multiple sessions because of length. What problems is Cvent Event Marketing & Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cvent was our go-to solution for conference registration, but this year forced us to go virtual. We were pleasantly surprised by their virtual conference options and were happy that we could still hold our conference. They helped us with that forced transition. We went back to in-person in 2022, but as we look towards hybrid opportunities, CVENT will be considered first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
