What do you like best?

The ease of event management and connectivity to salesforce.com. The flexibility of creating different registration paths based on the type of people invited to our events. Easy way of collecting fees for event participants.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike at this time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows to manage events and registration for events that we sponsor. It also allows us to collect payments

“CVENT rocks!”

What do you like best?

I love the customer support team. I have been setting up training with our rep and they have been extremely helpful. It is great to have assistance like this without an extra cost.

What do you dislike?

I wish there were more customize-able email and website templates. With the non HTML settings on my webpage I am only able to adjust certain color settings and not all of them. Also a library of stock images would be awesome! (For webpage backgrounds)

Utilize the customer support! They are there to help!

I am better organizing my attendees for my events. Cvent has allowed me to group my registration types and view each person's agenda individually, which is very helpful.

“Excellent Event Management Platform”

Easy to use platform with full features.

Great support available whenever you need them.

The service can be a bit expensive compared to other options, but is worth it.

Event registration, on-site check-in, payment collection, and event attendance reporting.

“Very Customizable - takes some time to figure it out”

What do you like best?

The software seems endlessly customizable - reporting function is extremely helpful - easy to use sales point

What do you dislike?

It takes a lot of time to really get to know how to use the product (training helps!) - a lot of the features that play well into the customization can make simple things a pain to change (you may need to change a setting in 3 different places to get what you want)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have the employees who interface most with Cvent attend a Cvent training

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Collect relevant information from attendees, allow may different types of registration types and paths, have easy access to data (reporting) across the organization
