"Amazing!"

What do you like best?

I started using Cvent about 6 months again and it has been a wonderful experience. The onboarding was seamless. Our needs are different than their typical client, but our onboarding specialist really helped us to navigate how to best use the system for our specific requirements. Flex events are super intuitive and easy to create - its a simple drag and drop. I saved hours and hours of work compared to how we used to use events. In addition, the email features allow us to simply send to different groups of people with a click of the button, something that was less simple in our previous platform. I could go on and on about how much this platform has helped us!

What do you dislike?

Because it is tailored to trade show clients, there are a lot of features that we don't utilize. However, with all of the advancements coming down the pipeline, i am confident that we will be able to use these features in the future.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're considering it, set up a demo. They let us test for a month and gave basic training so that we could fully understand the platform before making the decision.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem solved is relating to organization. It is so nice to have everything in once place.

"Great Event Management Tool!! "

What do you like best?

The platform as a whole has many features to make it easy for event planners to manage their events from start to finish. The user face is clean and easy to navigate and very customizable to what we want to do. It is also very easy on the attendee side - very straightforward and simple.

The reporting feature is a life savor. Very customizable and detailed.

Customer Support - very helpful and very fast.

What do you dislike?

It is a little on the pricy side to get the plan you want with everything included.

You also need training - but Cvent has a very good customer portal with great training documents if you cant get the in hands training.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is worth your money. Makes life easier!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to streamline our processes of planning and managing - venue sourcing, passkey, registration, concur integrations, etc.

The reporting is also a huge benefit. Fast answers.

"Best Event Management system out there!"

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to use and how helpful the customer service team is at helping if any issue arises. I love being able to manage 5000 plus attendees so easily and make more time for planning the logistics and design of our events. I love how easy it is to learn and how much my team and I can consolidate all in one system.

What do you dislike?

There's not much I dislike as they are constantly listening to the field and updating their system to support our needs. It was feeling a bit outdated but they recently launched Flex registration which makes it feel a lot like Wix as far all widgets and making it extrememly user friendly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend doing a trial to see how easy it is to use and how it can help transform your events. It will help you plan events easier and keep everything organized and all in one space.

We are now able to handle events for over 5000 people with ease. And if is so easy to use we can focus the rest of our time on event design and csr.

"PERFECT registration solution to complicated registration problems!"

What do you like best?

Cvent is relatively easy to use and it has many customization options. The best part of the design process is that questions are answered completely and easily via the online forum. Also, their support team is very customer service oriented and willing to work with you until a solution is found.

What do you dislike?

One of the drawbacks is the use of graphics. If you don't know HTML, it is difficult at best to place your graphics where you want them, and they cannot be resized within Cvent. I have to resize them in another program and re-import them to the media folder in Cvent. It is tedious and frustrating when there are a lot of graphics to use, for instance in the recognition of sponsors, etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the support features, and the tech support if you need it. Also, there is a manual you can download to get you started. I would also recommend creating a 'learning' site you can practice with before going into a real registration/marketing site. You'll learn a lot!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Online registration for events produced by my organization; ability to upload employee participation into our LMS using a .csv file; ability for participants to choose and change breakout session options. Refunds for those who pay to attend and cancel are easy to process.

"Cvent - simplifies event management!"

What do you like best?

Cvent is a great all-in-one platform. To know that we get to easily build a good looking event website that will let our attendees register & process payment, is a no brainer. We have used it for simple webinars as well as our larger conference with break out sessions and nightly events. We recently had to switch over all of our on-site corporate trainings to web based trainings. It was a smooth transition. I'm newer to event management but I can't imagine planning our events without it.

What do you dislike?

On the event building side I wish the software was a bit more intuitive, but Cvent is making strides by releasing updates frequently. I recently took part in some User Experience live feedback sessions and it was an eye opening process. They really value user feedback and suggestions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely recommend Cvent to any organization. Period. Whether large conferences or smaller trainings, Cvent will guide you through the process from start to finish.

Almost everything organizational is solved via Cvent. The real time event reporting is worth its weight in gold. It's great that I can process an Excel spreadsheet that has all the info I need right in my hands. We used Cvent Onsite Solutions & Event in a Box for our big conference this year and it was well worth it. Our Cvent employee was AMAZING. Having her there made us feel at ease. The best part was during our down times she was giving us tips & tricks to use at future events.

"Cvent: An Event Planner's Best Friend"

What do you like best?

The ease of use with the software, the ease of use during training, the impeccable customer support, the constant and changing improvements. All of these things combined make for a fantastic software.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I have ever disliked was the prior iteration of Cvent before Blue was released but they fixed that and everything has been hunky dory since!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would highly recommend using Cvent for event management. Their customer service is fantastic, their system is easy to use, and it makes me happy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For us, this allows us to manage users during our events much more smoothly. We run webinars and conferences using the software and it has made everything exponentially less of a headache. When you run events, you already have a million things to worry about and this removes a lot of stress from our team during the event. We are also very much looking forward to being able to use the mobile app for our next major event, which is in 2019. The use of the app will keep our attendees much more involved during the conference and involve them more in the process before and during the conference lead up. We're sure that by using the mobile app and rapid check-in provided by Cvent, our users will feel much more involved in the process and get them more excited for the event.
