The new look of Social Tables takes some getting used to, but once you have it down it gets easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cvent Event Diagramming solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seating is extremely important for some of our donor events, so being able to see it in real time and the check in feature allows us to see what tables are full or switch seats last minute. Also getting a layout of the whole room is great, especially when it is a venue you weren't able to visit before the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked building the diagrams and multiple diagrams with assigned seating for my client to make decisions especially when we are in the RFP process trying to decide which space at each of the hotels would be best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
