What do you like best about Cvent Event Diagramming?

I like being able to design an entire space. There are so many different items to use in Social Tables to really create an accurate floor plan. I like being able to label all of my items so that my clients can tell exactly what all I have on the floor plan and my intentions for each item. What do you dislike about Cvent Event Diagramming?

I think there could be more options for custom items. Right now you can upload images of your items but not necessarily but them down to exactly how you need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cvent Event Diagramming:

I think Cvent Social Tables should be used for every event. It might be a simple meeting, so your design will not take long at all, but it is important to make sure your event will fit in the space. Once you drop everything into the floor plan you can double check this. When you get into more comprehensive events, Social Tables is a must to stay organized and on top of everything! I can make sure my band has a stage that is the appropriate dimensions, same with my dance floor and photo booth. This can make you and your company stand out to not only your client, but also other vendors in the industry that you may share this floor plan with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cvent Event Diagramming solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able make sure the layout is proportionate, I can add in drape to see how much we need to cover certain walls, make sure dining tables can fit and see how many tables we may need to rent, etc. This allows for our clients to get a better feel for the design as well as how much the will need to invest in the overall design. What do you like best about Cvent Event Diagramming?

Social Tables is an incredible tool for creating floor plans. It is extremely user friendly and allows you to upload floor plans from venues all over the world. Social tables also allows you to export a report of all of the inventory that was included in your floor plan. For instance, you can export a document that lists how many chairs, tables, etc that you included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cvent Event Diagramming?

If you are trying to create something custom, like a custom set for instance, you would have to use a more advanced tool like Vectorworks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cvent Event Diagramming solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven't had any issues with Social Tables. I only sometimes have trouble if venues aren't yet integrated, so there may not be relevant floor plans for those spaces. The benefits are huge. What do you like best about Cvent Event Diagramming?

Social Tables is super user friendly for both the client + us as the host venue.We love to use Social Tables during face to face detailing appointments where we can set the room with the client and have them conceptualize their event. With the times that we are in now of social distancing, we are using the weblink feature and sending that to planners/clients and doing this exercise via phone. The team at Social Tables have been excellent if we ever have any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
