Social Tables was user friendly and easy to learn. I'm not in the event management field, though I have some experience, and one of my previous jobs offered the opportunity to help fill in a position in Event Services where one of the employees was on maternity leave. I rarely had to ask my coworkers for help even though I essentially had to start using it competently right away in order to schedule incoming event bookings. If I remember correctly, there were some buttons that didn't visually match their function. I wish I could be more specific, but this was 3-4 years ago, but I do recall having to ask a few times how to add a particular feature to a room.
