Social Tables was user friendly and easy to learn. I'm not in the event management field, though I have some experience, and one of my previous jobs offered the opportunity to help fill in a position in Event Services where one of the employees was on maternity leave. I rarely had to ask my coworkers for help even though I essentially had to start using it competently right away in order to schedule incoming event bookings. I wish I could be more specific, but this was 3-4 years ago, but I do recall having to ask a few times how to add a particular feature to a room. Recommendations to others considering Cvent Event Diagramming: Spend enough time familiarizing yourself with the tools and features so you don't find yourself in the middle of creating a floor plan but having to search for the feature through trial and error. Social Tables simplified our requests to Production, who was in charge of physically setting up the room prior to events.
