CV Screening is an AI-powered CV screening tool for recruiters, HR teams, and recruitment agencies that need to review large volumes of applications and build shortlists faster. The platform evaluates candidates using a structured scoring framework that users can fine-tune for each vacancy. Recruiters can adjust evaluation criteria and their weights to reflect the role’s priorities. Each assessment includes a candidate score, supporting evidence from the CV, and potential concerns to review, helping teams understand the reasoning behind the results. CV Screening helps recruitment teams reduce manual screening work, compare candidates consistently, and focus their attention on the most relevant applicants while keeping recruiters in control of shortlisting decisions.
