What do you like best about cux.io?

One of the best things - you are almost totally independent of your developers. You don't need to constantly ask them to add something to your website code to measure goals and create funnels, segments and filters. The retroactive analysis also came out very handy at the beginning of my journey with CUX when I was unsure about what I wanted to measure and later when I started to build and check the hypotheses.

CUX also has excellent customer support. They've helped me a lot when I was stuck setting complicated goals or funnels and are very open about accepting suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cux.io?

As CUX offers a pretty innovative way of working with data for UX designers, it will take some time to fully understand its capabilities and what you can achieve using it. As in any other analytical tool - you won't find here any magical dashboard or set of data that will tell you all about your product or customers because magic is not in metrics but in your mindset. To unlock CUX's full capacity, you definitely will need a basic understanding of how your website is built and how to use Chrome DevTools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is cux.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a UX designer working in an agency with an external developer team - my main benefit is saving time and money. I don't need to wait for developers to implement any additional codes to see my goals - so I save time and money on it. What do you like best about cux.io?

CUX is a superb & innovative screen recording tool, which you can use to record user sessions and see precisely what’s working and what isn’t.

The great thing for us about Cux is that it allowed us to combine two former tools. Our heatmaps tool and our event tracking tool. Having this data together and easy to access has really allowed me to offer better user insights internally and shape our product road map.

What do you dislike about cux.io?

Can't think of anything, perhaps one thing that you just need to dive deeper into technical aspects of data analysis, but I guess that's the issue with all these kinds of tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CUX helps analyzing the whole user journey on the website. It shows all the tabs opened by the client and treats them as a one visit, which is very important in analyzing online users' behavior. What do you like best about cux.io?

CUX is a user behaviour analysis tool that can be used by anyone who has an interest in understanding their users. It's great for companies, professionals and individuals alike. One of the key features of this tool is that it is able to highlight where the user pain points are within your site and give you tips on how to improve them, which makes it a great investment for. I am very pleased with the results and support that they have provided. If you are looking for a tool to help you analyse your users, then I would highly recommend CUX! What do you dislike about cux.io?

- When trying to load some data the app sometimes freezes but support did a great job to resolve all the problems.

What do you like best about cux.io?

I love the fact that I can track user experiences and behavior and gather insights into their pain points. It's amazing that our team can draw meaningful conclusions in just a few minutes after implementing the tool and setting up proper goals and waterfalls.

Also, the team's pivot into making qualitative analytics more approachable, inclusive, intuitive, and most importantly, less time-consuming is especially laudable. New features - like alerts - are looking very promising!

I'm also a keen participant in Paulina's workshops – it's great to see a CEO so devoted and so knowledgeable. I've learned a lot about quick wins and ways of marketing activities optimizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- we are making more user-friendly campaigns and landing pages

- we can easily spot bottlenecks in our conversion funnels

What do you like best about cux.io?

The overall interface, which is very clear, easy to navigate and provides quick reaching the most essential parts and features offered by the tool. Much information is provided by heatmpas and users' behavior recordings, that easily brings first meaningful insights and conclusions. Filtering options included, helps to put the most focus on particular users' behavior, to gather the data and allign further steps to solve found weakpoints. What do you dislike about cux.io?

I can't find any serious issues I could complain about, as the most of problems met while working with it, were caused by our internal system. Sometimes the data loading took more time than expected, but that's not a serious problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helped a lot in finding weakpoints at particular sites, collecting the data and presenting it to show the the seriousness of the problem. It also shown a mistakes and inconsistencies unnoticed for a long time and contributed to quick fixing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about cux.io?

I have a furniture webshop where clients need a lot of time and visits to make an order. Cux.io give me a view on full process (history of client from first visit until they buy), not only single session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cux.io?

Maybe trial should be more generous (more pageviews), because when I`ve started I didn`t know what`s going on and I reached free limit of pageviews very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
