Cutvey is production management software for video production companies, filmmakers and videographers. It holds one job from the first inquiry through the proposal and contract, crew bookings and call sheets, client review and approval, and delivery to the final payment. It takes the place of the separate subscriptions many studios piece together for each of those jobs, most of them built for every kind of business rather than for production. A job starts with a lead form on the studio's own website or a booking page. The proposal is a document the client reads, chooses a package from, signs and pays the deposit on in one visit. Edits to a sent proposal reach the client only when the studio publishes them, and every version is kept. Planning lives in the same project: shot lists, storyboards, moodboards and script breakdown with a stripboard, locations, cast and gear. Crew get deal memos the studio previews before sending, and call sheets with the forecast and the nearest hospital, which each person confirms in one tap. Clients review cuts in up to 4K and leave notes tied to the file's own timecode, drop-frame aware at 29.97 and 59.94. The notes export to Resolve and Avid EDLs, Final Cut Pro XML and Premiere Pro markers. Final files can stay locked until the cut is approved and the balance is paid, and the studio can release them early when it chooses. Invoices, payment schedules and reminders are paid through the studio's own Stripe account. Cutvey does not currently take a cut of what clients pay; the studio pays Stripe's processing fees. Books, US bank feeds and mileage sit in the same workspace. Photographers get client galleries with favorites, selections, download packages and online sales. People sign in with a one-time code sent to their email; there are no passwords. Clients need no account to sign, review or pay, crew get a free account, and there is no fee per client or per project. Client pages, emails and the studio app come in 41 languages and regional variants. Cutvey shows no ads and does not currently sell personal information. Its AI helpers run when someone on the team asks for them, and Cutvey does not currently use customer content to train generalized AI models. Plans are Solo at $49 a month, Pro at $99 and Studio at $199, or $29, $59 and $119 a month billed yearly. Every paid plan covers the whole job; plans differ in seats, active projects, storage and monthly limits. Any plan can be tried in full for 14 days without a card. Cutvey is made by filmmakers in Orlando, Florida.
