CutCrew is the back office app for lawn-care and landscaping businesses with 1 to 10 people. Your crew clocks in from their own phones with a texted code, and punches save even when there's no signal. They snap a photo of each receipt, and you approve it onto its Schedule C line. You send a PDF invoice with job photos before you leave the yard, and customers can pay it by link or QR code. At the end of the quarter, one tap sends your accountant the receipt photos and a CSV. One monthly price covers the whole crew, with no per-user fees. CutCrew is on the App Store and Google Play. It's made in the United States by a veteran-owned company, and a person answers support email within one business day.
