Customs Duty Calculator is an offline estimating tool for import buyers, trade documentation staff, people responsible for equipment imports for new plants, and supply-chain teams. Enter the goods lines with HS code, quantity, unit value and invoice currency, the freight, insurance and exchange rates, and the duty, excise and VAT rates and fees that apply; the tool calculates customs value on a CIF or FOB basis, import duty, excise, percentage fees with optional minimum and maximum or fixed fees, and VAT on a base you control, line by line and exact to the cent, then shows the total duties, taxes and fees, the landed cost per unit and the effective rate. Freight and insurance are spread over the lines exactly, VAT can be marked as recoverable, and two or three scenarios - for example different HS codes or CIF versus FOB - can be compared side by side. Built-in Mexico-style and US-style templates set up the structure without pre-filled rates. Export a landscape PDF estimate with every formula printed, in English, Spanish or bilingual form, and a CSV. English and Spanish interface. Nothing to install and no online look-ups: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and data stays on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. Estimates only; rates are entered by the user.
