**What do you like best about Customily?**

The lack of support, honestly give a refund

**What do you dislike about Customily?**

Does not issue a refund, after 2 months back and forth "we have note received your refund request" but they don't have an option on their account page. But then they tell you to when you email them. Meanwhile you are getting charged $500 USD for unusable software.

**What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No solving of the refund I require. $2300 AUD and counting, am I going to get my money back? 

Doubtful.

Avoid this company at all costs.

**What do you like best about Customily?**

There is nothing about working with their team or their app that is easy, it is all total garbage that they wants to charge 500/month for.

**What do you dislike about Customily?**

Nothing in this app works like it is supposed to, they refused to allow me access to a demo backend before I paid for it, and just showed videos of how it works.  Come to find out (after paying them $500 for the first month to get started)  It doesn't work at all.  After a week of trying to get it to work for several hours every day, I finally gave up and asked for a refund.  They refused to refund my $500, and told me I could use it "as a credit" if I wanted to ever come back to their app.   YOUR APP IS GARBAGE THAT DOESN'T WORK!  Don't waste your time or money and learn from my mistakes.

**What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Literally none, I wasted 40 hours and $500 trying to work with their app.
