Customers.ai is a standout tool for sales teams. The visitor identification technology is precise and makes it easy to see exactly who’s interacting with your site. The platform excels in lead capture, providing accurate customer data and high lead quality that you can immediately act on.

With built-in email automation and CRM integrations, it really does simplify workflows and keep everything organized - which we need! I like all of the AI-powered features, like behavioral targeting and audience segmentation which have helped refine our targeting and ensure leads are nurtured through the funnel effectively.

I will say the email capture capabilities are particularly impressive for targeted emails. The advanced segmentation options and detailed demographics reporting make it easier to focus on the right audience. It’s intuitive, easy to set up, and designed to make sales conversion as efficient as possible. The visitor identification feature combined with Facebook retargeting has been incredible. Being able to track who’s visiting our site and send that data directly to Facebook has completely changed how we run campaigns. Implementing CAPI was straightforward and within a month we saw a noticeable improvement in our EMQ scores. Customers.ai does a great job of capturing emails and identifying website visitors which is incredibly valuable to us. The data it pulls is accurate and can be synced to our CRM and other retargeting tools easily. What I really like is that it works just very well for B2B but it also captures individuals (B2C) since you get both personal and business contact information. It doesn’t take much time to get everything set up and the dashboard has come a long way over the past year - the new analytics and filtering options are very helpful.
