I like that we can see who is on our client's sites and create campaigns for them. We've used the data Customers.ai has given us to create both Facebook and email campaigns. Some days the system is very slow and I have to refresh it a few times before it loads. Maybe because the traffic is high or sometimes the sytem is slow. It is something that they need to work on. Some of the benefits we are seeing are better campaign targeting and better results for our outreach. We have seen higher open rates and it feels like our ads are getting in front of the right people. The tech is nothing like I've seen before, it's easy for even non tech people to naviage, and it does exactly what it's suppposed to do. The platform is VERY easy to use and works well. We've seen a general uptick in multiple lead sources for our clients' by retargeting people who visit the website. I wish the email template design had more features. Right now it's fairly limited, and it would be great to copy the design aspects of many other large email platform to make the overall look and feel more appealing to the customer. I’m really impressed with how Customers.ai has evolved, especially with the new lead gen capabilities they’re rolling out. The platform makes it easy to identify and capture leads directly from our site, giving us a much clearer picture of who’s interested and ready to engage. At our digital marketing agency, we have leveraged the visitor identification of business contacts for insights into our high-intent traffic, and have utilized the consumer visitor data for our clients. The direct integration with email marketing platforms and Meta Ads is giving us larger, more qualified audiences to remarket to, and these audiences sync seamlessly and instantly. I like how easy it is to see which visitors are nearby so we can reach out to the people who actually live around our clients' businesses. It’s been awesome for setting up local email offers and getting our clients noticed in their own neighborhoods. I love The Customers.ai analytics and their focus on understanding customer journeys. This helps me to gain a better understanding of my digital campaigns as a whole - and helps me to make more informed decisions on where to invest in the future.
