  ### 1. A Huge Improvement In How We Handle Leads

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

We've seen a real improvement in how we handle leads since we started using Customers.ai. It's not just company info that we are getting. They give us solid details on actual people – names, emails, LinkedIn, even how they're interacting with us (the customer journey feature is awesome). That's made a big difference in getting the right leads to the right people on our team and making our outreach way more effective. The Salesforce integration has been a huge time-saver too. Leads just flow into our CRM automatically and they can be routed properly. It keeps everything organized and makes following up a lot easier. It's really helped keep things efficient. And honestly, it's just easy to use. Some lead tools are a headache but this one was quick to set up, and our team picked it up fast. The data we get is way better than I expected and the number of people its able to pick up has been especially impressive.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

There are no dislikes I can think of. Sometimes restore will disconnect but a simple click fixes it.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We weren't exactly struggling before but Customers.ai has definitely made things better. Our sales team is spending less time digging through leads and more time actually closing deals, which is always a good thing. The detailed lead info has been huge for how our reps reach out. Instead of just cold calling based on company names, they're going in with real insights on the people they're talking to and they can usually tell what they are already interested in. That makes a huge difference in having productive convos. As mentioned, the fact that everything just syncs with Salesforce automatically? That's been a massive time-saver. No more messy spreadsheets or trying to manually enter data. It's clean, accurate leads going right where they need to go. The whole process is just way smoother, and we've definitely noticed a difference in how we operate. The whole sales team is happy and our bosses are all happy with the improvement in leads and sales.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

My team’s job is to find and qualify leads and since bringing in Customers.ai, that process has gotten a whole lot easier. Our pipeline has grown fast, and we’re handing off way more solid leads to sales and they are happy happy happy. 
A few things that stand out:
- Lead tracking is next-level – We can identify who is on the site, what pages they’re viewing, and if they’re returning.
- Sales + marketing alignment – We’ve built out automations that push leads into the right funnel so there is less manual work for everyone.
- Cold leads are actually warming back up – We can see when someone we’ve already reached out to comes back to the site, so instead of sending another generic follow-up, we time our outreach based on actual interest. It’s been a nice way to get those old conversations going again.
Also, I have to shout out how easy the platform is to use. The dashboards are clear, the data is easy to digest, and it didn’t take long at all to get the team onboard.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

I absolutely have no dislikes that I want to mention. #

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’d like to think our system wasn’t a total problem but there were issues for sure, especially around pipeline, prioritization, data accuracy, etc. It’s embarrassing to reach out to someone who you think is interested in your product only to find out they’ve never even heard of you.  
Some of the benefits I’ve seen:
Pipeline growth – We’re seeing more leads (and not just more – better leads). 
Much improved time to sale – We’re closing deals quicker because they’re working with leads that have already shown intent.
Real person-level data – We’re not just getting company names like a lot of the ABM tools. We have emails, LinkedIn profiles, job titles, and everything we need to actually personalize outreach.
No blind outreach – This is like the opposite of cold calling – we’re warm calling.
I also appreciate how well it integrates with our CRM and would like to note that is has been a huge efficiency boost across the board. We are all big fans and love the impact it’s made at the organization.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

We were launching a campaign for one of our new products and had a really specific audience we wanted to target with Instagram and Facebook ads. We built our Customers.ai audience two months ahead of time so we’d have a big enough list to work with. When we launched, we used that retargeting audience along with a lookalike audience. The CTRs and engagement were incredibly high! Easily one of our best campaigns in terms of engagement. More importantly, we saw a substantial number of SQLs come through.
That’s what I love most about Customers.ai. It helps refine our Facebook and Instagram targeting by creating lists of people who already visit our site. It’s true retargeting. I also appreciate the journey tracking feature—many Instagram users don’t convert immediately, but now we can see if they return later through another channel. This has helped prove that our social media efforts drive actual leads and revenue. Bonus: setting up Facebook audiences is super easy, and they auto-update, so there’s no manual refreshing needed!

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

I like all the features I’ve used. Nothing has failed or disappointed me.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking ad performance is a headache. The native reporting only tells you so much and attribution in GA and even our CRM is all over the place. Plus, we’ve had issues in the past with our audiences not being as refined as we wanted and wasting a lot of money on junk clicks. Customers.ai fixed that. We’re reaching the exact people we want to target and our lookalike audiences are way stronger. Another big thing that I appreciate is it’s saved us money. Our ads are performing better and we’re also not wasting budget on people who aren’t actually interested. It’s safe to say we’re running smarter campaigns, spending our budget more efficiently, and actually seeing better leads come in because of it.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

Sales has always been the backbone of a company. If sales is not thriving, the company will cease to exist which is why it is imperative for sales to have the best tools in finding customers. This is what Customers.ai has been doing for our company. It makes reaching out to potential customers and clients a lot easier. With Customers.ai, we can clearly communicate with our customers and provide them with everything they need.

In terms of accessibility, Customers. ai is very easy to use. Beginners will not have a hard time grasping the functions so that they can start spend less time in figuring it out and spend more time in reaching out to our customers.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

There are absolutely no dislikes about Customers.ai.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest headache was that we were basically chasing our tails. We had no clue who was actually interested in what we were selling as we were buying lists and working with inbound leads who weren’t always ready to buy. 
Customers.ai solved that instantly. We can see exactly who's been looking at our stuff, what pages they're checking out, how long they're staying. It tells us who's actually warm, who's ready to talk. That's the benefit. We're not wasting time on dead ends.

Also before, we were spending hours on unqualified leads. Now, the segmentation is so clear, we know who to focus on, and it just dumps all the good info straight into our CRM, no extra work. That's saving us a ton of time.
Honestly, it's not even about getting more leads – I’m probably getting less than I was before but now we are getting better leads. We're closing deals faster, with fewer calls, and the quality of our accounts has gone through the roof. Retention has actually gone up.

Basically, Customers.ai solved our problem of having zero visibility. That's the benefit – we're more efficient, we're closing more deals, and honestly, we're a lot less stressed (or at least I am).

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

I first heard about Customers.ai from one of my favorite social media experts on a podcast. 

They were offering a free trial, so I figured it was worth a shot. I pitched it to my boss and we decided to test it for retargeting ads on Facebook. Fast forward a few months and we’ve now upgraded to the email and ads plan and are running retargeting emails alongside our ads. It’s been a big win for the team.

Some key things I love:
Retargeting audiences in Facebook have been performing 3x better in terms of ROAS compared to our old pixel-based audiences.
The email retargeting feature has been a great addition. We’re seeing solid engagement and it complements our ad strategy.
The data is ridiculously accurate. We even participated in their data accuracy beta test and were seriously impressed by the completeness.
Yonan, our account manager, has been amazing. The platform is easy to use but having someone constantly helping us optimize has made all the difference.
We recently started pushing more event data into Facebook and it seems to be helping bring down costs.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

I don’t have any dislikes but I do wish I could see more of my Facebook reporting in the Customers.ai dashboard. Feature request!

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem was that our retargeting lost it’s mojo. Basically, Facebook’s pixel wasn’t catching enough of our traffic and we didn’t have full control over our audience targeting (thanks Advantage+).
Here are the benefits of Customers.ai we’ve seen:
- We are building retargeting audiences that convert at a higher rate.
- We just started to layer in email retargeting, which has helped us recapture more visitors.
- We get expert guidance from our account manager instead of having to figure it all out on our own.
- We’ve seen an improvement in overall campaign performance and have been able to scale up our spend. Not easy.

A colleague recommended Customers.ai, so I asked our marketing team to try it out. So far they've been impressed with the features and functionalities of the platform. I have been impressed with the incremental jumps we are seeing in revenue from the flows that were tested. I know our welcome flow series in particular has jumped noticeably and the abandonment flows have seen a lot more sales come through.

While we are already ROI positive, I’d like to see that keep growing. I’m confident it will based off of results so far.

The benefits are pretty aligned to revenue growth. Anytime we bring on on a new tool, that’s our goal and so far I’ve been impressed.

I think our team was already doing a good job with our existing email marketing program and this seems like way to amplify and optimize. I have heard that these types of tools are more successful if you already have a solid foundation in place and that makes sense based on my experience so far. 

Other benefits I’ve seen - good integrations, easy to use, great support and sales team, good data.

What I really appreciate about Customers.ai is its accurate lead intelligence. It has made a big difference in how we capture and qualify leads, providing clear insights into who is genuinely interested. As a result, we are bringing in higher-quality leads, and the impact has been clear, my manager and VP have seen the results firsthand.

On top of that, the platform is easy to use. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and our ESP, making outreach much more efficient.

At the end of the day, my job is to generate leads, and Customers.ai has made that process much more effective.

I have no complaints about Customers.ai, It does exactly what it promises.

Customers.ai has solved our challenge of dealing with low-quality leads. Before using it, we struggled with incomplete and unreliable data, making it hard to prioritize follow-ups and gauge prospect interest.
Now, with its detailed visitor identification and lead intelligence, we have a clear view of who is engaging with our business. This has helped us focus on serious buyers instead of wasting time on unqualified leads, making our team much more efficient.

Plus, our lead capture rates have improved, leading to more leads and higher conversions. Alongside our other marketing and sales efforts, this has been a big win for our company. I’m really glad we gave Customers.ai a try.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

As a training coach, I work with a lot of software and Customers.ai is one of the best sales and marketing tools I've seen come through my door.

It’s simple to use and doesn’t require much setup. The whole team picked it up quickly.

On my side, I’ve been testing it internally and analyzing the results so I can train our team to use it effectively. It’s very clear how it helps our marketing and sales teams from an efficiency and results standpoint. It honestly seems too good to be true and I’m getting a better sense of why everyone is raving about it.

I appreciate that the email capture works on both the general visitor ID front and all types of forms (the data seems to be extremely accurate). We seeing warm leads come through and the people are opening our emails.

I really appreciate all the integration api options too. It makes our life on the tech side much easier and doesn’t require a bunch of zaps or makes.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

I've been looking for a way to make our ad targeting more precise and when I heard about Customers.ai, I wanted to give it a shot. After a few months of using it, I was pretty impressed with our Facebook retargeting performance – CPA dropped 50% and sales were up 70%.

We actually tested the audiences to get an accurate picture before just switching everything out. We had been using just the FB pixel for retargeting and while it wasn’t terrible, it definitely wasn't as good as it should be or used to be.

With Customers.ai, we were able to build these really focused retargeting audiences using their visitor identification and contact enrichment tools. It’s a smaller, more high-intent audience but it’s working out well and tests showed it working much better than our existing audience. Now we run both just to ensure we aren’t missing anyone. Results? Facebook ad costs have gone down and sales have gone up.

I also decided to try it on TikTok. Although there isn’t a native integration like on Facebook, setting up the Customers.ai audience was pretty straightforward and easy from a technical setup standpoint. I’m still testing on TikTok but what I’ve seen so far looks promising.

Overall, I like that Customers.ai gives me better audience data for my retargeting campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

There aren’t any dislikes. We have seen great results and are just getting started!

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our retargeting campaigns were doing fine but not awesome. We were using the standard tools that Facebook provides and as everyone knows, this past year was pretty tough with Advantage+ and all the changes they made to their system.

Customers.ai helped solve this issue with high-quality retargeting audiences that perform significantly better than what we were using. On TikTok, I’m still testing it, but what I’m seeing so far is pretty good. Facebook is where we’ve seen the biggest gains!

I appreciate that we can target people who we know for a fact were on our site, we can see what actions they are taking on our site, and we can send them ads that actually make sense for them. It sounds so simple and silly that we haven’t been doing this for longer.

There is basically one-click configuration for Facebook, it’s easy to use the platform, and all the features and functionality are right in the dashboard. Anyone can figure it out!

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

I first heard about Customers.ai from a friend and the sales team set me up on a trial. Within two weeks, I was sold on it. It was interesting to see the data start coming in since I’ve never seen anything like that. I was kind of expecting a list of names and emails but they actually validate who’s on the site and show me the complete customer journey. I can see every page a person checks out, see whether they’re new or returning, see if they opened an email, and even track if they eventually make a purchase. It’s really ground-breaking.
What also stands out is the level of detail in the visitor identification data. It’s not just basic info. You get full contact details (even business details) and can create segments based on all these different fields and actions. I like that the integration with Klaviyo makes it easy to build new audiences and new flows. When I tested some new abandonment flows using the audiences set up by Customers.ai, we noticed a real lift in engagement. 
Overall, the platform is simple to set up and easy use and like others on here have said, I love that it works with all of my other tools. It seems like the team really knows their stuff and I’m excited to keep using it.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

Maybe I will have some dislikes in the future but right now we really love what it does.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Customers.ai, we had no idea how many visitors we were missing in our abandonment flows or email campaigns in general. As marketers, we knew we were missing people but to be honest, we didn’t have any real data on it. Now we can see if a visitor is new or coming back (big deal for Klaviyo users) and put them into the right flows. We are definitely capturing a lot more of the audience we used to lose.
The other problem it’s helping with is that we can adjust our campaigns faster. Customers.ai has helped us improve our reach and make our marketing efforts more effective overall and I highly recommend it to anyone in the ecommerce industry.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

I have always been passionate about creating events and getting as many people there as possible. But it’s been a lot harder the past few years as everything has gone virtual. 

This past year we decided to start using Customers.ai to help us grow our registrations and I can’t believe how well it worked. My boss keeps telling me it’s magic haha. 

I can truthfully say Customers.ai has exceeded my expectations. We were previously running ads and sending emails but now we are using the visitor identification feature to see who’s coming to the site from those channels but not registering. 

From there we are using the Facebook integration to run remarketing ads to those people and we’ve improved our email messaging because we can see what people are actually invested in - what sessions they checked out, what country they are from - it’s pretty unbelievable. 

The best part is I’ve seen our event signups increase by 23% year over year since using Customers.ai. 
I love that it’s really easy to use, I love the level of granularity I get at the contact level, I love our customer support rep (we heart you Olivia), and mainly, I love that it’s made me look really freaking awesome to my boss and our team. 
It has quickly become one of my favorite tools for customer engagement and driving registrations.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this super awesome tool!!!!

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here’s the deal…before we started using Customers.ai, we had a hard time growing event registrations. With people not traveling and everything moving online, I was spending a lot of time running ads and sending emails, but it wasn’t translating into attendees. Plus, I couldn’t tell which visitors were actually interested or not signing up. It felt like we were wasting money and time.
 
Since we implemented Customers.ai, things have changed oh so dramatically. They tell us who’s clicking our ads and emails but not registering and I can remarket to them. Our email messaging is better, our ads are better and like I said above, our event signups have jumped, which is a big win for us.

I just love that the data we get is very clear, very detailed, down to the individual. The tool is simple to set up and I can see all the necessary information in my dashboards. 
Overall, Customers.ai is helping solve our registration problem and I’m excited to keep using it. Highly, highly recommend.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

I’ve worked with several visitor identification tools for my clients and Customers.ai is the best I’ve seen, especially because it helps all facets of marketing (and sales). 

I absolutely love that it gives you a complete customer journey view. You see every page a visitor checks out, every email they interact with, and their purchase actions. 

As an SEO and content marketer, I find the data far more detailed and useful than what I get from Google Analytics. 

I also like that it helps me understand which content performs well and which areas need improvement. I know it’s not necessarily the use case that most people talk about but being able to see the path the purchase is something I’ve been missing since Google moved to GA4. 

I believe what really sets Customers.ai apart from competitors is how it goes beyond basic data. Most of the tools I’ve seen give you names and emails and that’s pretty much. This gives you fully enriched data that is actually useful. 

I’d say what I personally like the best is because I can see exactly who is visiting along with demographic info, I can create much more targeted marketing materials. 
I’d also add that Customers.ai has been very reliable and is probably the easiest visitor ID tool to use.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

Personally, I do not have any big dislikes. I like the customer journey feature and I'd maybe like more reporting on top content or top pages visited.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data I was working has always been very basic. Depending on the tech stack, I could only see a few numbers from tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HotJar, etc. and I never really knew what visitors were doing on our site. 

I also didn’t know which pages they were checking, what emails they might have interacted with, or if they were coming back later. This made it pretty hard to understand the customer data and create effective content marketing strategies. 

With visitor identification and the amazing features Customers.ai offers, I get all that data in one place. I can finally see the full customer journey without having to try and piece it together with all of our tools and I feel much more confident that what I am creating is valuable and targeted to the right people.

I learned about Customers.ai through an affiliate I follow when I was looking for a tool to help my newish business find customers and potential partners. I decided to give it a try and quickly saw its value. 
The platform is very easy to use and has a clear interface that makes figuring out the tool simple. One key feature I appreciate is the visitor identification function. It shows me detailed data on who visits my website. I can see which pages each person looks at and what games interest them. I also use visitor tracking to tell if a visitor is new or returning, which is very helpful for our lead development process.

Another strong point is the segmentation functionality. It’s very easy to create custom audiences and lists based on geographic areas, which is good for targeting our customers in specific regions. This geo-segmentation is perfect for our localized marketing efforts. 

Customers.ai also integrates nicely with HubSpot. I like that I can sync the customer data and get enriched contact information into my CRM.

I have used several marketing intelligence tools before but none have given me this level of data. It fits naturally into our workflows and has improved our lead development and customer acquisition process.

I first learned about Customers.ai from our marketing team and they have been raving about it ever since. I see firsthand how much this tool is helping the company. 

Customers.ai gives us detailed visitor tracking that shows exactly which pages and sections people land on and what they look at on our site. In the healthcare space, where we offer many different things on our site, this is extremely valauable. 

The fact that it works with our CRM also makes it useful for different departments. Our marketing team is already exploring ways to use it beyond just sales and outreach and they are excited by the idea of using it to refine audience segmentation and improve campaigns across all of our various product teams.

Customers.ai addresses a major challenge we had of not knowing exactly how our website visitors behaved. 

Before, it was hard to tell what people were looking at an ortho product or an aortic product and how they interacted with our content. Now, with advanced visitor identification and tracking, we can see detailed customer data that shows exactly which pages attract attention and where visitors go next. 

This has better helped our teams break down the customer journey in a way that no other tool has managed to do that I know of. 

Our marketing team is now using the information to build targeted campaigns aross our various product lines. The integration with our CRM system also ensures that all the information flows directly into where we need it. 

This is my first time diving into a tool like this but I have to say it’s better than expected and the fact it gives accurate, real-time data rather than generic stats is a big deal. Great tool and I’m excited to keep using it.

I run a small ecommerce fashion business as a side hustle and Instagram ads are a big deal for growth. 
I first discovered Customers.ai after seeing a few videos on YouTube and I jumped on the ads component right away. What really caught my attention is how it gathers event and store data and sends it straight to Facebook. I didn’t see too much about this on the Customers.ai site but if you run FB ads you know much having more event data helps. Def recommend.
What I liked best was our account manager had me run a test with their data. We ran the Customers.ai retargeting audience against the Facebook Pixel audience. I was a little doubtful because the Customers.ai segment was much smaller but I was way wrong. It performed 12x better in terms of ROAS! We are now running both audiences side by side to capture everyone.
Other things I’d add - It’s easy it is to figure out, it connects directly to Facebook, and the visitor ID piece is really cool, especially since most of my traffic comes from Instagram.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

Facebook will sometimes disconnect itself but it’s easy to set back up and you don’t lose any data.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was starting to get a lot more site traffic but not an equal number of sales. I wasn’t sure if Facebook was just sending me junk traffic or if they were real people. 
That’s probably been one of the biggest benefits of Customers.ai. I like that I can get data on who’s visiting to see if my ads are working and then I can use that data to make sure Facebook actually shows my ads to the right people. The ability retarget effectively is just so nice.
I wouldn't say I am using the platform to full capacity but I am liking what I’m seeing so far and I’ve definitely seen an uptick in sales. It was a bigger investment for me vs. what I’ve been doing in the past but it’s already paid for itself for the next six months just from the last 45 days alone.

Well first, it was the most advanced of other systems who claim to assist with customer/visitor identification.  It was easy to integrate into our email system.  Has a sophisticated engine to determine if a vistor they found matches someone already in your email list.  Already there, you aren't charged.  If you run large campaigns where you are sending thousands of people to you a page, it even allows for delay in checking to make sure you're not paying for a new lead that you had already brought in by other means.  It 's a vast system that we are still learning to to tweak to make sure we are capturing valuable customers.  In the last month it has found over 16K new visitors.  And the customer support has been outstanding!  Shawn is always available to help, give suggestions, advice, you name it.  I wish more customer service was like this!

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

It is not really a dislike, but the options for different configurations can be intimidating as it seems almost endless.  It takes a bet to fully get how it works and where all to go in the interface.  Wouldn't keep me from using it thoug.

What I like best is easy - Customers.ai helps has helped me rebuild my Meta ads campaigns. My new audiences are absolutely killing it! If you’ve been paying attention to ads the past few years, you know that Meta has been on the struggle bus. While it’s been better this past year, I’d say they really dropped the ball and it has been painful. Sure we were reaching a lot of people but they weren’t really the right ones. 
I’m now using the Customers.ai visitor identification tool to get visitors from our site who are already interested in our products and creating audiences from that. Even though we end up reaching fewer people overall (the audiences are definitely smaller), they’re the ones who are actually converting. Our ROAS is better and our conversion rates are way better. It’s so nice to see Meta performing again.
I also like how simple it is to use. It was really easy to put on the site and to connect to Meta. The visitors they identify are pretty accurate and like I said, whatever it is sending to Meta is working for us. Overall, Customers.ai has made it a lot easier to run focused, efficient Meta ad campaigns and I am very happy with the results we are seeing.

Great retargeting capabilities, very easy integration with Meta – and we are now sending events to Meta which also seems to be helping. Overall, if you are running ads on Meta, you need to be using Customers.ai.

I've been using Customers.ai for prospecting and it's really helped me decrease my cold outbounding efforts. The visitor identification and lead capture features show us who is checking out our site and it’s not just names and emails which is cool. I'm getting detailed contact data like LinkedIn profiles and addresses. I can definitely identify the people I’m targeting better and  I can literally see the whole customer journey, which makes a big difference when deciding who to follow up with first.
The tool is simple to set up and very easy use, even for someone like me who isn’t a tech wizard. I was able to set up some automations right in the platform. It even fits in smoothly with our CRM, so everything flows together without any extra hassle.
I've tried other solutions but honestly, none offer the same level of accuracy and granularity. With Customers.ai, I feel like I have a real view of my leads and can act on them immediately. It’s saved me a tone of time and I’ve been able to close deals faster.

It's a smart system that works quickly and gives you exactly what you need without anything extra. It's not over-complicated and even all of the 'extra' features are easy to use and figure out.

We are using the Customers.ai API as part of our platform and the performance has been solid. It’s easy to work with, the API documentation is good, the team made set up easy, and I like that I have full flexibility over how we manage accounts and monitor utilization.
Before fully rolling it out, I ran several tests on the visitor identification data and the accuracy checks out. We cross-referenced the data with existing records and other sources and the match rate was high. No noticeable bloat or bad data, which is a common issue with similar tools.
Like I said, integration has been straightforward. No unnecessary complexity and the API works well with our existing systems. The ability to programmatically manage accounts and automate workflows has been a big plus.

The technology is solid, the data is reliable, and the platform itself is easy to set up and figure out. Implementing automations and setting up audiences took seconds to learn. Both teams utlizing the platform are seeing efficiencies, lead generation is more streamlined, and the sales process is moving faster. The quality of the data is one of the biggest strengths. It’s accurate, detailed, and gives both teams exactly what they need. I love that instead of the teams working in silos, marketing and sales are aligned. We’ve seen a noticeable increase in SQLs and a shorter time to sale. From an operational standpoint, the platform is doing what it was brought in to do and we are happy with the results so far.

Customers.ai is hands down the best visitor identification tool I’ve used. It’s been huge for growing my email list (I think we’ve added something like 10,000 emails in the last six months alone) and the data is way more accurate than what I’ve seen with other tools. 

I also love how it integrates with tools like HighLevel and Shopify. It's nice to be able to capture the leads and then automatically sync them. I remember one of the tools I used to use, you had to manually export the list in a csv, then upload it, and you lost a lot of time.

I also like that even though Customers.ai markets itself as being for big ecommerce businesses, it’s worked perfectly for my smaller business too. At the end of the day, if your goal is to capture leads and grow your email list, this tool does exactly that without making things overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

I’d love to see a plan that’s tailored for medium-sized businesses. The current options feel more geared toward either small startups or larger enterprises.

I’ve been using Customers.ai for a while now and I’m really impressed with how powerful it is, especially for Salesforce customers. 
The tool collects website visitor data and sends fully enriched contact info directly into our CRM. Although identifying anonymous visitors is nothing new, I haven’t seen it done like this before. 
Customers.ai gives real customer data like who’s on our site and details about who they are (you can even see things like income or address or if they opened an email). The email capture feature picks up email addresses and then feeds that data into Salesforce without any extra effort.
I also like the integration capabilities and options offered. Whether you work with Salesforce or an ESP, everything is really easy to use and set up to work right out of the box (no dev work required which is a big bonus for a lot of companies). 
They seem to use AI or some software to enrich the data so when the data reaches our CRM, it’s complete and ready for use. 
What I like best is Customers.ai bills itself as a visitor tracking tech but it’s actually a lot more comprehensive (and cheaper than the big identity resolution tools out there). It’s become a key part of our tech stack and I’m really pleased with it.

I haven't seen any issues so far. It works exactly as it should and I'm just curious to see what new features come next.

Customers.ai addresses the very real challenge of not having clear, detailed information about website visitors. Most tools only provide basic metrics or a long list of names without any real context. 
I like that with Customers.ai they use AI and other tech to capture and enrich visitor data so you can get anonymous visitor data. It records what pages they visit, how long they stay, if they checkout, if they don’t checkout, etc.
As I previously stated, Customers.ai also integrates smoothly with the systems most people already have in place, such as Salesforce and Hubspot. This means that all the enriched data goes directly into your existing workflows and you don’t need a lot of manual updates or extra development work. 
At the end of the day, Customers.ai gives you accurate and interesting customer data in an easy and very useful way.

Part of my job is to improve efficiencies across our organization and Customers.ai has been a huge help on the sales side. Our sales reps used to spend way too much time cold calling and sending outreach. 
Now with Customers.ai, we have accurate visitor identification contact data that’s sent directly to our CRM (we use Salesforce) and we can qualify or disqualify leads much quicker. 


The best part is that the contact data we get isn’t just names and emails. We get people’s business info and it shows which pages they land on and/or visited. This is the part that has helped us streamline our lead development process the most. If the sales team can see who the person is, where they work, and what they are interested in, they can prioritize the right prospects and focus on those most likely to buy. 
I saw a question about setup - it’s very easy to use and our team was up and running in less than 2 days. 
While I am not involved in the daily management of the team likes it and we’ve seen a big improvement in our sales efficiency since implementing this.

Customers.ai is an amazing platform for digital marketers. The visitor identification and behavioral targeting features help pinpoint exactly who’s interacting with your site and what they’re interested in. We talk a ton about personalization in marketing but most of us aren't actually doing it cause it's so hard. Not with this. I love that the advanced segmentation options here make it easy to create tailored campaigns. I also love that it's easy to connect to Klaviyo and Facebook...saves a ton of time around audience building. 

I would add that one of the best features is the customer intelligence data. We now get detailed insights into demographics and behavior that help shape better campaigns. Everything is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

I wish there was a way to integrate it directly with Google Looker Studio for building custom reports. It would make tracking and analyzing campaign performance even easier.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using this for about 6 months and have now brought on over 5 clients. It basically takes the toughest parts of lead generation (capturing leads) and does it for you! The customer data is accurate and we've been able to take these people and build campaigns around them. The reporting tools have improved a ton over the last two months especially as have the audience segmentation filtering capabilities. 

I can say with certainty the improvements in client performance have been noticeable. Our clients are impressed with the results and it’s made it easier to demonstrate the value of our strategies. It's a cool tool that delivers improvements and keeps clients happy.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

Agency life is a very “what have you done for me lately” environment where clients expect immediate ROI, a steady flow of qualified leads, and proof that their investment is paying off. Unfortunately, a lot of the changes Google has made over the past few years have mucked up attribution.  

That’s why I like Customers.ai so much. The visitor ID and email capture features make it easy to see who we are driving to site and who is converting. We can track user behavior, match it back to specific campaigns, and provide clients with actual proof of results.

I would add that the ability to combine lead intelligence with advanced audience segmentation has also been huge, especially when managing tech and software accounts where they have very specific audiences. Plus, the accuracy of the data accuracy is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

It would be great to add a white label option, if possible.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attribution has become a huge challenge for marketing agencies and Customers.ai gives us tools to track leads, measure ROI, and close some of the gaps we have. **What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

I was excited to try this tool as I’ve seen a few other people on X talking about it and I’ve known of Larry Kim for a long time. The results have been really impressive and I now have 11 different clients using the platform. 

In terms of what I like best, the visitor identification piece is incredibly helpful for targeting people who are actually interested in purchasing something from our clients' websites. For example, we’ve been able to improve email marketing revenue for one client by 35% thanks to the lead intelligence and retargeting capabilities. One client even said to us, “It feels like we’re finally reaching the people we’ve been trying to connect with for ages.” What more can you ask for?
I also like and appreciate how flexible and easy to use the platform is. The email capture and ads features have both integrated pretty easily into clients' tech stacks -- that's a big deal when trying to get people to use a new tool, especially since we work with different types of clients. Some are on Shopify, some use Mailchimp, some use HighLevel. It can be a bear but Customers.ai has made it easy. 

I would also say the support has also been awesome. Honestly, one of the best customer service teams I have ever worked with. They are so knowledgeable and willing to jump in and help. We haven't had to waste any time setting up or troubleshooting. Shout out Hailey and Shawn!

I do not have a single complaint about Customers.ai. We love the results we are seeing, we love our account rep, and we love the tool. Keep it up!

It’s an awesome tool that’s free to try. If you want to take it further, it has amazing prices that you can pay for what you want to do with it. Switched from Manychat and didn't regret it at all!

For a lot of our clients, figuring out who their website visitors are has always been a struggle. Customers.ai makes it a million times easier to figure it out. Like I said, the visitor identification technology tells us which pages people are visiting most, if they are return visitors or new visitors, what they are interested in, and then sends that info directly into our retargeting tech. 

The customer journey features have also been great for segmenting and retargeting high-quality leads. One client mentioned they’re finally seeing their CRM filled with contacts that matter and honestly, that’s the kind of feedback we love to hear. 

Another big win has been the ability to track campaign performance in real-time and showcase ROI. The analytics and reporting tools make it easy to prove what’s working and where adjustments need to be made. Clients appreciate being able to see results (we can show them Klaviyo and Shopify revenue right in the platform!) and we appreciate not having to continually justify what we are doing or rely on old tracking technology to try and prove value (looking at you GA 4). 

In terms of benefits, I'd say that Customers.ai makes the process of delivering marketing results way more efficient and we couldn't be happier.  It's why we keep using it and keep adding more clients to it! The ability to combine customer identification with lead enrichment and then target those people with emails and ads -- that's a big deal! Clients love seeing the immediate impact on email performance and sales conversion rates and it’s made our customers happier across the board. Highly recommend!

I'm really impressed with how Customers.ai gives me an actual view of the entire customer journey (not like GA or other tools I've tried). It shows every page a visitor checks out, which emails they open, and even tracks when they make a purchase. I have never seen that with other tools. This level of detail has been great for our email retargeting campaigns.

I don't usually write reviews but after trying several performance marketing tools over the years, I have to say this one stands out. It’s super simple to set up, easy to use, and they keep releasing new features! They even adjusted the pricing recently, which is a big plus. In terms of ROI, it's working really well for us. In the first three months, we saw an extra $20K in revenue -- pretty sweet.

I'd say what I love most is that it gives me real data that is accurate. I can see exactly what our audience is doing, which campaigns are working, and where I need to adjust. This tool has become a key part of our marketing strategy and I'm happy with the results it's been delivering.

Easy to use, since it was made by Larry Kim, who made the easiest to use PPC platform (WordStream) that then grew to be the biggest player in the space.  

I've tried ManyChat, ChatFuel, and the others-- and while it's still early in the chatbot game, my money is on Larry..

This is the best chatbot if you're a digital marketer who has existing content to use and is okay with using self-serve tools.

I want one-click integration with Infusionsoft, pre-made Facebook remarketing sequences, embedded split testing, advanced analytics (that combine search and email), and other features that nobody has yet.

MobileMonkey has the strongest industry relationships and was founded by the guy who scaled up the largest ad agency platform.  So I'd go by who has the best management, since marketing automation companies come and go.

I've known Larry Kim for over 10 years, from the days that he ran the largest Google and Facebook agency on the planet. He's very involved in customer success, even though someone at his level could just delegate it down to various team members.

I've been really happy with the capture rates and specifically the customer journey tracking - I can see if someone came from ads, email, when it was synced to Klaviyo, and more. **What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

Hailey DeHart was super helpful and was instrumental in the implementation of customers.ai into our workflow. She was very responsive and thoroughly explained the tools that were best for our company's goals.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

There are some obstacles to linking to other platforms such as Pardot. But I am sure they will update this in the near future.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is beneficial because it creates more opportunities for us to communicate with visitors who have shown interest but have not taken action.

**What do you like best about Customers.ai?**

We’re in a really competitive space where outbound outreach and advertising are critical. Unfortunately figuring out and capturing the right people has always been a challenge. 

Customers.ai has been perfect for helping us solve that. We can see who’s coming to the site, which pages they visited, which emails they opened, and which ads they clicked on. It gives us a much clearer picture of who the sales team should prioritize and it’s made a big difference in our outreach processes.

The tool is also super easy to use. We've got both the marketing and sales teams using it so not everyone is super tech-savvy. The visitor identification and customer intelligence features have been spot-on and easy to figure out. Props to our marketing team for bringing this tool in. It’s been a solid addition to our process.

**What do you dislike about Customers.ai?**

I wish there were more advanced reporting options for tracking how ads and email engagement connect to sales outcomes directly.

**What problems is Customers.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue for us was knowing which leads to focus on and how to follow up effectively. Customers.ai kind of solved that for us. 

By showing us emails, phone numbers, site activity, email engagement, etc., we can prioritize and reach out to the people who are actually interested and ready to talk. This has helped us book way more meetings and improve how we manage the pipeline overall.

On the marketing side, I know we’ve seen a big improvement in email open rates and engagement. The integration between ads, email, and site activity has also been nice for targeting. The sales team has been really happy with the results and so far, the tool has been worth every penny. It’s become an essential part of the team's tool set.

MobileMonkey contains a lot of features, and it&#39;s easy to discover because
everything is organized in an efficient manner. They have excellent onboarding,
smooth, and really insightful, especially for users who are new to automation.
Great for remarketing and sales outreach. Overall, it&#39;s a very comprehensive tool
that salespeople who use social media will find valuable.
What do you dislike about MobileMonkey?
I sometimes experience longer waiting times in support, but they are always
willing to help and are available 24/7, so it&#39;s not a big deal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We need our customers to feel prioritized and engaged whenever they hop into
our Instagram page. Using Instachamp, we&#39;re able to quickly respond to
