**What do you like best about Customer Information System?**

The most important aspect of this software is that one can easily manage customer data details and informational systematically which makes its use worldwide.

**What do you dislike about Customer Information System?**

I usually faced no harm or any cons using it in my office .But Sometimes when you feed it wrong details the information you want doesn't come from it.Moreover it needs to be more secure which time to time every system needs to be upgraded and made steel tough to disallow hackers trying to breach information.

**What problems is Customer Information System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actually I had it on my office and at home where I deal with customers who are both connected to my office and at home so I find it quite useful for me.I am using it for more then 5 years.
