centralized location which provides to track customer issue with in the jira. the UI is also good.

Nothing as such but pricing may high compare to other customer support tracking tools.

It help to track the issues which create for coustomer bad experience or any other case. Also Like the comment part where you can easily tag depened user to help or look into it.

There is no live chat that could be great help though!

Jira is the portal we are using fro project managment and assigning user stories and tasks. But as a poroject manager I ahve used it for Support and Feedback as well.

I use Jira tasks on a daily basis to track updates to ticket requests and bug fixes.  It also allows others to provide an update on task and submit feedback and recommendation for improvements.

**What do you dislike about Customer Case - Jira Support & Feedback?**

Jira Support has allowed better feedback that has led to improved processes and presently I have no complaints.

It allows me to troubleshoot bugs and review various pain points to find solutions to offer a more robust user experience.
