**What do you like best about Custify?**

The platform is brilliantly streamlined. Its ability to provide a unified view of customer interactions and histories has made our daily operations far more coherent. Additionally, the proactive nature of their support team, especially with direct Slack access, speaks volumes about their dedication.

**What do you dislike about Custify?**

Initial integration was a tad tedious, with our team having to adapt and relearn certain processes. There were moments we felt the need for more fundamental features that other mature platforms offer. However, the promise of continuous improvement keeps us hopeful.

Our challenge has always been managing and understanding customer lifecycles. With Custify, we can now pinpoint exactly where each customer is in their journey, enabling timely interventions and fostering stronger relationships.

**What do you like best about Custify?**

- Easy integration process with our platform and its native integrations with other platforms we use like Intercom, Hubspot, etc.
- Great for segmenting your customer base for automated emails and follow ups. 
- Amazing customer service! Our rep Andreea was always very knowledgeable and helpful every time we had questions.

**What do you dislike about Custify?**

Overall it is a platform that has helped us improve many fronts but one thing that could be improved is the options to track results of communications such as email campaigns.

**What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we had before using Custify is we had data from all our clients in many data sources. Custify helped us centralize all of that and now we are able to put them in different categories and segments and target them for specific actions accordingly, like automated communications, which is a HUGE time-saver for us.

Easy to integrate all our data sources, easy CSV imports. Made it easy to transform our daily processes and data plattforms to Custify. Now we enjoy a centralized plattform for Customer Success Tasks and.

**What do you dislike about Custify?**

Sometimes the in product help could contain more information or deeper informaton about things as example the dashboards / reporting feature. However, the Customer Support has helped here.

We have several data sources that we are trying to combine and automate in order to ensure that all of our customers have a great shopping expierence and are using our shop again.

The UI is very clean and understandable. Its our daily product. Our entire team uses all the features offered bu Custify.

There is nothing so far that I didnt enjoy using

We had a problem that we were not able to track our clients, their communications, the current issues, how many accounts are assigned to each of the CSM, the renewal dates were manually kept a check on and there was a high probability of getting the same missed. Custify resolves all this and do more than we thought.

**What do you like best about Custify?**

Their support responsiveness - your CSM is available to you via Slack and so you can always ask whenever you have a question. They're also often upgrading the platform and take feedback into account. Several times features I've asked for have been added, and their updates come in often. On top of that, it has a clean layout and once you learn the system, it's pretty easy to make changes. We use it every day.

**What do you dislike about Custify?**

Because it's relatively new, there can be times where some of their features are missing something basic, but then again they're always improving their functionality so it never feels like a true setback. It was a little difficult to implement - the team didn't really want to switch over from the old way, and it takes quite a bit to learn how to set everything up so the team also rely on me to make all of the changes - I'm by no means an implementation manager so it ended up a second job on top of my first to build it and keep it going. Plus we had no dedicated resource in development at the time so it was quite cumbersome to integrate. Basically be really ready to set staff resources aside to implement and maintain.

**What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no way to actually manage our subscriptions before, we have our internal platform where we have an overview, but acting on that data was very manual, as well as building 1001 reports with our data scientists. We weren't seeing historical data or trends in a more fluid way, and we didn't have a one-place-of-truth. With Custify, we're able to get a very clear understanding of where our customers are at, see their progressions, as well as remove a ton of time spent sending emails, checking progressions etc.

They are always building new features, are very responsive to our needs/questions, they have an API we can integrate our platform through. The workflows (playbooks) are great to give our team a clear action plan based on where customers are at.

Nothing really. We looked at a lot of solutions before picking this one. Overall we are very happy with the product and support we get.

It is easy to use. UI is crisp and dashboard with customisable. Having to work on it daily does not seem difficuly. Support is very good and prompt.

Email section can be improved with more features and formating.

Account level notifications on the usage, renewal date and customer feedback through nps. The health of the account and all the relevant details are visible in one dashboard. Without custify multiple platforms need to be checked to get various data.

**What do you like best about Custify?**

It consolidates data from five different sources into a single pane of glass saving us tons of time trying to get our arms around the status of a given account.   The tool features and workflows align with how we manage our accounts.  Learning how to use this tool has been fairly intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Custify?**

Mostly fit and finish.  It would be nice if there was more flexibility in how one could customize dashboards and displays.  For example, ideally, a lot of gray space could be utilized to get more information on a single screen, column widths could be modified to save space, column header text could be wrapped so we could use more descriptive names.

**What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of data from five different sources into a single pane of glass which saves us tons of time trying to get our arms around a given account or set of accounts.

The playbooks have proven invaluable in automating our processes. The health score feature is instrumental in identifying customers at risk and prioritizing their needs. Additionally, the ability to review all customer communications, facilitated by integrations, is great.

Our implementation process took a considerable amount of time. In comparison to CRM tools, we find that we lack detailed insights into customer email behavior, such as whether emails have been opened and how many times they have been accessed.

Being able to automate tasks, emails, playbooks, etc.  After the inital set up was completed, we've been able to have our entire CS operation on auto-pilot.

Our particular business model doesn't utilize the revenue or reporting dashboards.

Being able to communicate and reach out to existing customers at scale and monitor their activity and usage.  Custify allows us to monitor and automate communications with 30k+ customers based off account activity being driven by our API hooks directly from our software management platform.

The ability to automate NPS and CSAT surveys as well as creating lifecycles and playbooks to better automate and track processes and client progress. This allows us to scale the work that we are doing.

**What do you dislike about Custify?**

Custify has a lot of restrictions in terms of customizing it for your use case. The information panel for organizations is not logically organized. I also dislike that emails are sent from custify email addresses.

**What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custify has allowed us not to use spreadsheets to manage our contact list and helps us scale processes. This is vital for a small team like ours. It also helps us to score and keep an eye on client progress.

The user-friendly interface of Custify is certainly a highlight. It ofers us an all-encompassing perspective on our custome's activites. We frequently utilize the 'full customer overview' in our department, which paints a clear picture of each client's interactions: their billing detaisl, the specific functionalities they lean on, whether they face any hiccups during the initian phase (onboarding), or the user-count for each account. It's incredibly seamless now to monitor our clientele and ensure their satisfaction and commitment.

Whiel the overall experience is commendable, the dashboard could benefit from some refinement. Beyon that, it's largely spot-on

Unable (at this time) to create filters in custom data view or download data for additional filtering/sorting in Excel/Sheets. Additionally, custom data view has difficulty scrolling to view all information.

Holistic view of custom accounts allowing for executive management and CSMs to take strategic view of all accounts with the ability to deep dive into each account for analysis. Very easy to navigate and update columns in each view.

Being able to manage the onboarding process as a project has been helpful.  It allows clients to use to onboard on their time and tracks progress.  We have really seen a quicker onboarding time in some cases as a result.

A little bit clunky to get things started at first.  Support was very helpful though making the experience quickly corrected.

We were able to remove all our manual processes and instead of using multiple sheets, all information needed to take actions and innitiatives are consolidated in one place. Useful Dashboards & Healthscores are also something I like about this product.

Email functionality could have better reporting & dashboard. Right now we can only check open rate of emails sent.

Custify helped us streamline our processes, improved communication across departments, save time, mostly thanks to the health score feature and playbooks. The support the platform offers is also superb compared to our others. Overall it's great and can recommend :)

**What do you dislike about Custify?**

I find the UI not very user friendly, especially at the beginning of using the platform it took a while to get used to and was not very intuitive. Another frustrating thing is the gmail integration, the connection is unstable and emails often don't send. These things however are overpowered by the positives so I don't mind.

Health score - figuring out who's doing well and who isn't
Communication across the team and across departments - handover is easier and everyone new can get up to speed easly
