I really like Curogram's ease of use and the excellent customer service. It's made a big difference in how our practice runs. Patients enjoy being able to text in response to their appointments, and the reminder callbacks have been excellent. The patient messaging feature allows patients to respond via text messaging, which helps decrease the no-show rate and even allows them to verify their appointments.
