I appreciate how it centralizes everything, from sending text message reminders for appointments that come from our number, to collecting payments directly from our number, which makes it feel a lot more trusted and provides a better user experience. The setup was fairly easy, and I find that it helps us a lot with appointment reminders, confirmations, and cancellations without taking up too much of my staff's time. It pulls all appointment data from the EMR into the system, which means we don't have to batch upload patient data files anymore. This capability allows for rapid communications and the configuration of all appointment text reminders without having to send them directly from our EMR. Additionally, working directly with integration specialists made the setup process much easier.
