Curia is contract review software for Australian conveyancing and law firms. It handles New South Wales contracts for sale and Victorian contracts of sale, including the Section 32 vendor statement. Upload a contract and Curia checks the bundle is complete, then reads it for you. Names, dates, special conditions, title details and dealings are extracted and cited back to the page, so your team starts from a prefilled review instead of a blank one. Values are checked across every document in the bundle, and certificates are tracked against their currency windows. Your reviewer stays in control of every legal call. Recommendations come from your firm's own clause library, the amendment list builds itself as you accept them, and the report is produced in your firm's template with your logo and standing content. Every downloaded report is kept as a fixed, dated version. Firms use Curia to cut review time, take on more matters without adding staff, and give clients a clearer report. Curia connects with Smokeball and includes dashboards for throughput and time per matter.
