It is simple to bill and keep track of payments due. It will be very helpful to your business in tracking EMDs. Our entire staff is committed to using this software. They consider it to be the most useful piece of software in our arsenal for aiding in the billing of insurance claims and EMDs. **What do you dislike about Lytec?** Tab-to-tab transition is sometimes either slow or doesn't work, getting reports from Lytec becomes a little difficult in Lytec, and updating the demographics of the patients also becomes a little difficult. **What problems is Lytec solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking was basic and simple to oversee improving office life and crediting data, Billing medical claims is very smooth in Lytec, and suggestions for resolving rejected claims and entering Dx, and CPT code is quit easy with drop downs provided in the interface. ### 2. It is easy to bill and keeping on top of bills due.It will play a great role in your company with keeping track of EMD's. We have a whole team who is dedicated to use this software. They find it to be the most valuable software in our pocession to help with the EMD's and billing for insurance claims. **What do you dislike about Lytec?** The software could be a little tricky with getting around it all. It will take some training, but once you get the hang of it. It becomes second nature. **What problems is Lytec solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are problem-solving the billing aspect of the medical business. We solely use it to process claims and to keep tracking of billing with insurance companies. ### 3. Having both Lytec PM and MD programs is very efficient for insurance adjudication because of its easy navigation. ### 5. We have had Lytec as our practice management system for over 13 years and really like the auto payment post service the best. Lytec also works with a third party Auto appointment reminder system that really works well with keeping patient appointments. **What do you dislike about Lytec?** Lytec has a few issues we wish were better like linking family appointments and showing family balance totals. **Recommendations to others considering Lytec:** overall a good program with good customer service. **What problems is Lytec solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lytec overall is working for our practice and again I can not state how easy it is to use. ### 8. When needing to correct small mistakes it made doing so easy. **What do you dislike about Lytec?** There always seemed to be an update every few weeks or so. Once one computer went down with the program they all went down. Very slow to use. Complicated at times, too many steps to put paperwork in the program and to many tabs to deal with. **What problems is Lytec solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling was simple and easy to manage making office life better and imputing information. The benefits have been everyone we needed to do was there for taking a payment, scheualing and looking info up. ### 11. This is also great to keep accurate tabs on patients as it allows quick access to records from the main database. **What do you dislike about Lytec?** This has some problems and we have to call the help desk often to get the issues corrected and it can leave us in a jam for days at times. **Recommendations to others considering Lytec:** I would suggest getting this if you are planning on using it in a medical office environment as this is great for daily tasks and access to records. **What problems is Lytec solving and how is that benefiting you?** General day to day office tasks.
