I like that Curb Hero makes it easy for people to sign in, and I experience a much higher percentage of sign-in rates with it than any other sign-in method I've tried in the past. It's easy to set up, and it pulls information straight from my MLS listing, including pictures. I can have my listing up and running in a matter of minutes, and the initial setup was extremely easy. When they scan the QR code, there's one additional step that I wish could be eliminated. I've used Curb Hero for about three years, mainly for open houses, and it's been a game changer. I love how easy it is to streamline things with Curb Hero. I can filter through open houses and see all the leads from my old ones in one place, which makes follow-ups so much easier. The app works great on my iPad and iPhone, and I appreciate the CRM-like features that let me write notes and really follow up with people, even months down the road. The data is amazing to me because it helps keep track of potential clients. Also, I don't need to worry about putting up signs since everything is digital, and setting it up was too easy. I just wish the side by side image and the QR scan code when signing in was not a tiny little QR code that you're barely able to focus on with your phone. When someone's signing in, it should show much bigger, like at least take one quarter of the screen and still showcase a beautiful photo of the listing, like it does already. These features help by sending a site to the signee after they register at the open house, which prompts follow-ups and leads to more engagement.
