As part of a large resort, I love how I can create proposals at cost for internal events or full retail for outside business; and it only takes two seconds to make the switch. Curate maintains your preferred profit margin, so I do not have to worry about new hires underpricing a centerpiece or rental item while learning the system. Everything! I love the beautiful proposals it creates effortlessly, I love how easy it is to create recipes, and order flowers with a couple clicks of a button. It does ALL their heavy lifting for you. I can pump out a quick proposal in 15-30 minutes or spend hours on one searching for the perfect photos on Pinterest creating a visual masterpiece, but in the end, what the software does is always fast and easy. We love the quick and straight forward approach to building out each proposal. To create recipes for our team to work off of the day off of, has been a complete game changer. Since most of our weddings are smaller, we have been have to complete up to 9 weddings in one weekend with the help of this software. Our brides love it too! With the ability to show the brides each individual flower that will be going into their arrangement - by line item - it has helped us immensely to help everyone involved visualize what the final product will be like in the end.

What do I dislike? This is kind of a difficult question because I love the software! If anything, I wish you could set a 'max events per weekend' number somewhere, and then as you are entering a date in a new proposal - the software would give you a little pop up if you have approached/or are approaching your max events for that weekend. Seems silly that I can't just scroll down and check it for myself - but with the influx of destination weddings to our area, we just sometimes plug and go and help as many brides as we able. Dislike how difficult it is to customize the prices within an event. For example, if I get a great deal on garden roses that week (and create recipes based off the price of the flower at the time of the event), I have to manually go into each recipe and change the price of the same flower.
