Cura is an AI front desk for service businesses. Unlike a scripted chatbot, Cura understands real customer messages, books and reschedules appointments, follows up on its own, and keeps one customer record across every channel — with a presend judge that checks each reply before it sends. It replies in the customer's own language across WhatsApp, LINE, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and web chat, and hands off to a person the moment judgment is needed. Cura is built for clinics, salons and spas, studios, hotels, veterinary and coaching businesses — anyone whose front desk runs on messages and appointments.
