Sometimes it's a very complicated system to use for beginners. I enjoy the aspect of accessing my apps and integration all in one location. **What do you dislike about Cumulocity?** What I dislike about the app is always the risk of security online. However, this hasn't been a problem. The app does a great job in keeping things secure and allowing convenience of work. **What problems is Cumulocity solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems it is solving as well as the benefit it is for me is that I don't have to search around for apps that enhance my workflow. This app keeps everything altogether. ### 3. As well as a wide range of functionality. I really liked the support for working with many devices via remote access. Of course, there are some limitations, for example, if some function does not work with remote access from the device itself, then Cumulocity IoT will not work with it either. But this is a disadvantage of the device, not the platform. **What do you dislike about Cumulocity?** It would be great to increase the number of supported devices. There is also a lack of a lightweight version of the interface, because you can get confused in the number of settings. Some of the settings are not quite obvious in their usefulness. **Recommendations to others considering Cumulocity:** I recommend trying the trial version first, so that the functionality and capabilities of the platform are clear. **What problems is Cumulocity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a stable platform for remote control of multiple devices. First of all, this is working with the smart home system. I wanted to control the devices using only a smartphone, without complicated body movements. ### 4.
