UI / UX of CultureMonkey is topnotch and very easy-to-use. Reports & Dashboards are very insightful and the textual analysis of all feedback received from employees is very detailed and actionable.

Private conversations that you have to begin with employees is an amazing feature.

Wish performance management is included within the culture monkey platform.

We are able to completely surface all the engagement problems we had within the first quarter of implementation. We could also take actions on those problems from within their platform.

What do you like best about CultureMonkey?

Culture Monkey's auto pilot feature has made it very easy to personalise survey questions based on the employees phase in the company. This is very useful and we have successfully automated our 30days, 90 days and exit surveys.

What do you dislike about CultureMonkey?

Right now culture monkey does not have dependent questions in their surveys which we needed to run our insurance policy evaluation. You guys should build it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CultureMonkey?

There are many facets to measuring employee engagement and Culturemonkey has addressed all those within a single platform.

Survey questions, custom surveys, autopilot surveys and pulse surveys in CultureMonkey are all that one needs to send out to employees and successfully listen to their cumulative mindset. Upon listening, there are deep dashboards and reporting modules that will help a company analyse engagement problems and CultureMonkey even suggests actions to be fix those gaps.
