What problems is CultureMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

CM saved a lot of time and effort in setting up routine surveys employee exit surveys & performance reviews. We were able to choose a relevant survey template that already contained all the questions and we customized some of the questions This way we were able to launch the survey to the participant at a fast pace Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really hard to think of anything noteworth that we didn't like. The whole process was exceptionally facilitated by Culture Monkey from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CultureMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems per se; we just want to proactively measure our level of employee engagement since we believe it is critical to our overall employee, customer and shareholder experience. Their knowledge of employee engagement, their question library and the process itself helped us identify some critical areas for the organization to devote time and energy to going forward. What do you like best about CultureMonkey?

Culture Monkey has the most advanced dashboards that I have come across in a lot of tools that i have evaluated or worked with in the past. There are customized reports and views available, split by manager level, locations, departments and roles. The best feature is the manager-level cuts and the action planning where we can actively involve stakeholders and make them a part of the solution to improve engagement scores across the org. What problems is CultureMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

CultureMonkey helped us conduct our first pulse check (which we called Happiness Survey) at Finnable. It has been extremely helpful in identifying the red flags existing within the org. We are presently working with the team in developing solutions for solving issues like managerial effectiveness, autonomy etc. It is an early indicator of the org health and how we can improve on certain anchors. What do you like best about CultureMonkey?

Culturemonkey provides great variety of pre-existing survey templates and questions, with the help of this we are able to launch surveys in a very short time. We have been able to compare engagement among different teams and locations on the click of a button. Customisations requested on the product were also done for free. Surveys UI is mobile-friendly and due to this we are receiving a very high participation rate. The autosave feature on surveys is really benefiting employees as they don't need to complete the survey in one go. We can anonymously initiate conversation with employees and resolved their issues. We have been using culturemonkey in our workplace for more than a year now and are amazed at their rate of progression. In addition to soliciting anonymous feedback from our employees, their comprehensive reports enable us to identify and bridge any gap in our company's engagement, culture and employee satisfaction. Their reports dive deep into the most profound details of employees, classifying the received information based on their demography, gender, generation and employee tenure in the industry. This data has been instrumental for us in understanding the varied needs and aspirations of our employees, enabling us to build a stronger community within the organisation. Right from day 1, they guided us with their deep insights about evolving work culture and the critical need to understand the employee pulse by paying importance to every individual in the company. CultureMonkey’s team is super supportive with a very fast turnaround time. The team created a specific implementation plan for us and drove our org-wide launch and HRMS integration very swiftly. The best part about the tool is its pulse survey feature. We can conduct short, crisp and efficient surveys at regular intervals and collect feedback quickly. Initially, we were running annual surveys for our company which didn't give us many insights into how our employees felt. By the time we had their feedback, it was almost time for them to leave. With pulse surveys, we could identify red flags timely and rectify them even before our employees thought of resigning, which helped us control employee turnover and improve engagement & performance.
