We recently implemented CultureBot and appreciate its seamless integration with Slack. What sets it apart is that it goes beyond simple coffee chats and is a comprehensive engagement platform. Our staff members have been actively engaging with the Bot, and are enjoying the trivia games and informal conversations. We've only just started using CultureBot, but the company has already taken to the tool via Slack! It was the most seamless integration process and when we were ready to launch it, it was pretty immediate. The next day, notifications started to go off for our employees and we saw them interacting with the tool, showing fantastic engagement. CultureBot allows for the automation of important dates for the team. Such as birthdays and work anniversaries. This gives me back valuable time in my day since I can depend on CultureBot to do the heavy lifting for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This might be possible, but I haven't found it within the setup, but it would be beneficial to have the ability to run polls for monthly awards right in CultureBot, then from there, I can set up a slack channel to announce the winner. Ease of use & access.

I'm a huge fan of platforms that can fully integrate into the systems already in use, making it easy and accessible to my colleagues to use.

Comprehensive list of features.

After looking at lots of different culture apps/bots for SLACK, there were 3 main features we decided we wanted:

- water cooler topics

- employee shoutouts

- birthday/work anniversary messages

Culture Bot was the only app that did all 3 of these things to a high level.

Importantly, after testing the bot and then letting the team know that we wanted the ability to show dates in Australia format (DD-MM-YYYY instead of MM-DD-YYYY), it was implemented just a few days later!

Matt again then followed up after our trial and wanted genuine feedback on improving the bot, so I can only expect it to keep getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only feature missing right now is the ability to add custom icons/images to our employee shout outs, which the team says they are working on adding this in also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
