CultureAI is unlike any product I have seen in the 'Security Awareness' space. Its ability to monitor over 30 human security behaviours (e.g., using 'strong passwords', use of 'Tor network', up-to-date software and operating systems) has enabled our Security Awareness function to not only monitor which behaviours our workforce are demonstrating but also using the coaching function to educate our workforce on the best practices that they should follow to secure their information. Some enhancements could be made to the reporting aspects of the platform. However, the team at CultureAI are incredibly responsive to any potential enhancements that are fed back, offering a tool on the system that shares feedback directly with their 'Customer Success team, and push all enhancements requested by their customers to 'the top of the list'. The awareness courses are fresh and interactive. Time to complete courses is low meaning that employees are more likely to engage with it rather than see it as a required chore. CultureAI has been a truly transformational product and has been the heart of our security awareness programme. It has allowed us to educate our employees on the latest cyber threats, test its effectiveness via email phishing simulation and conduct immediate learning interventions via just-in-time training when employees click phishing emails. As a result, we have seen an increase in security maturity across our organisation with users now reporting suspected phishing emails for investigation and sharing positive feedback on how this has also resulted in greater security awareness within their personal lives too! I appreciate the unique take that CultureAI brings to the security awareness market. Security awareness does involve training content and simulating attacks, but it's more than that and CultureAI as a vendor has helped inform my opinion on how I'd like to mature my awareness program beyond the bare minimum. The security decisions score board automates how many phishing attempts and the difficulty. It also gives great insight in to individuals security decisions with great features such as password hygiene, and gives you a good overall KPI and indicator of your business risks as a whole.
