"A holistic, human security behaviour-based approach to security awareness and culture"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CultureAI?

That it brings together a lot of risk data for a variety of behaviours in one place with the ability to integrate into commonly used systems in order to 'nudge' or reinforce. There is the sense that this is not the end point either, with more in the pipeline, and we've seen that CultureAI are quick to embrace new ideas and technologies to help further build out the human security behaviour picture. It's great when companies don't just focus on phishing sims and CBT, and I like that CAI have the ability to show the positive behaviours not just the negative ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

There are a lot of data that are not surfaced for platform admins yet (but is logged), such as metadata for phishing simulations (emotional triggers, type of phishing etc). It would be good to be more easily able to create custom sims on occasion, too. Currently not able to produce automated reports on the positive behaviours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A right-minded, modern focus toward Cyber education & security awareness"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CultureAI?

The support from the Culture.AI team is always top-notch, helpful and friendly.

The automation toward users, groups, phishing simulation campaigns, educational courses and policies all take the work off to allow for more time to focus on more important aspects of security education & awareness. The large pool of phishing scenarios based on each individual allows for more beneficial results and also allows users to receive different simulations from their peers.

The Just-In-Time training when a user clicks a phishing link is engaging, instructive and appealing. This should provide more beneficial results in teaching users how to better identify phishing emails based on common identifiers, which are pointed out to the user using the email they received as an example.

The training courses used within the platform stray away from the standard video format and are more interactive and visually engaging whilst still aiming to only take ~5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

The new, updated UI update has led to some outdated guides for setup, which has caused some confusion. However, these are allegedly being updated and are expected to be resolved shortly. Some features are currently not present within the platform compared to competitors, such as the ability to create custom phishing simulations. However, their team have been extremely helpful in being open to creating suggested scenarios in-house at our request and has claimed to plan to implement this feature sometime in the future. "Very Good, Easy to setup &"
5/5
What do you like best about CultureAI?

The setup wizard is very informative and easy to use. It also guides you through setting everything up very well. Our customer success manager has been very good and helpful. We have enabled a lot of the integrations and also have plans to add more later on in the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

The only thing is there doesn't appear to be a way to add users to a group that are inactive (either maternity or long-term sick, so they don't show on the reports.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The tool that helps colleagues when they need it"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CultureAI?

Traditional phishing simulation and awareness could take a lot of time and (manual) effort to run smoothly and then the results may not be available to colleagues when they needed it.

Culture AI offers a "Just-In-Time" prompt to colleagues to make them aware that what they have just done might not be safe/secure - logging into a non-work-related site with a work email, re-using their password, trying to share data outside the estate etc.

On the phishing-simulation side there are a large number of tests available that can increase in difficulty as colleagues show they are up to the challenge.

If you think of something that you'd like that they don't yet do, they have a 'features request list' that is open to see just how your far up the list your request is getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

Culture AI provided a range of helpful notes for implementing their platform and features. While this has to be, in the main, generic we did find that we had to go back and ask for extra assistance on some areas that should have perhaps been achievable first time around. (Having said that, they do look to respond quickly). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Security Awareness Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CultureAI?

The tooling arond phishing awareness is excellent. There is an extensive selection of scenarios (simulated phishing email temapltes) ranging in suspectability. There is also the ability to

The Just-In-Time Coaching is an excellent and unique feature, with low overhead and very easy to both implement and configure.

The setup is easy on the platform, which is intuative for the most part.

It is very easy to integrate the connectors they have on offer due to the fact it is all API based, which is great as you don't have to spend a lot of time configuring too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

The platform look and feel is mostly very nice. Sometimes things can be quite hard to navigate around whilst getting used to it, which is expected, but it's not always made much easier.

The biggest concern for me at the moment is the lack of audit logs in the administrator console.

The issue I have with the UI itself is sometimes it can be hard to remeber what data is stored where (and where best to view it) due to the same data being stored in multiple places, but with different values for the same event.

With all of this being said, they take on feedback very well and are quick to listen to and implement features when they fit the platform. Which is all you can ask for as an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fantastic player in the cyber risk reduction field"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CultureAI?

Culture AI brings together a lot of the things that you want an end user to have readily available for end users, when you are repsonible for the cyber risk of a business but don’t have the time to be next to thousands of end users all at once.

It’s interventsion and just in time training really help the end user be supported in the moment, but one top of that available policies, guidies or online training adds more to the equiation.

Additioanlly, I can’t wait to get stuck in to rewarding good behaviours as a thank you to those that do well, and gamifying the cyber risk element by utilising the leaderboards and scoring. Which appears to be easy to get set up and working.

The dashboard that the colleagues get is really simple and intuative. No frills, here is what you need to know, why things are impacting the score and how to remedy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

Currently the mail flow for phishig simulations. However, the technical support we are getting around improving it is fantastic and we really feel heard and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Awesome tool I didn't realise I needed!"
5/5
What do you like best about CultureAI?

Having initially purchased the product to automate Phishing simulation and training we quickly discovered the multitude of connectors that can hook into so many systems AAD, Intune, Service now, Teams to mention just a few. The easy to use integrated implementation plan with step by step instructions and the great aftersales team who are super responsive.

The platform has given us insight into SSO enabled SaaS platforms that people were still using username and passwords allowing us to reduce our atteack surface immediately. The platform is also capable of showing us accounts that didnt have MFA enabled.

Honestly within a couple of hours we were identifying and taking action on threats to which we were previously unsighted. We use to platform constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureAI?

Im yet to find a downside if I am completely honest. There where some prety bepoke requests that the platform cant currently do but even these have been logged as feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
