We recently onboarded Culture AI to enhance our cybersecurity awareness and address the human risk factor in our security strategy. After evaluating numerous competitors, Culture AI's phishing platform stood out for its intuitive and user-friendly design - it's one of the best platforms we've encountered. In addition to supporting and improving our phishing capability, a significant risk area the platform also addresses is Shadow IT, with its Google Chrome extension enabling effective monitoring of 'unapproved applications.' While it's still early days in our journey, the initial results are highly promising. I highly recommend Culture AI for organisations looking to mitigate these risks effectively. The best thing about CultureAI is the visibility and insight it grants you in addressing Human Risk. It goes beyond the standard security awareness training by seamlessly integrating with platforms our business already uses, enabling you to reduce risk and improve your security posture.
Implementation of the platform couldn't have been easier too. CultureAI understood our requirements and helped us get up and running swiftly and smoothly. Their team is great, our Customer Success Manager Niall is great, and their customer support team is great.

I have nothing that I really dislike - the product is evolving all the time and continually improving. There may be sometimes I feel a bit stumped on the reporting but the level of support from our CSM and their success team will always get me on the right path. For us cultureAI has given us the ability to address human risk in a new and innovative way while seamlessly integrating with our existing business systems. Like the different features that the tool has implemented or is planning to implement. The change from just being a phishing awareness tool to an an encompassing Security Awareness solution is a big step and one that is much needed in the market and Culture AI is well on its way to achieving that and be the market leader, amidst all the challenges. I would say since CultureAI are in process of aquiring lot of customers and developing the platform , there is an initial learning phase where there seems to be issues but hopefully, once that phase is done, there is a powerful tool on our hands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As CultureAI is a relatively new company, there may be some limitations in the software when catering to larger organizations. However, the company is evolving rapidly. Their developers are quick to adapt and highly responsive to our enhancement requests, effectively addressing the complexities of our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I really like about CultureAI is how easy it is to use and how well it helps our team stay aware of cybersecurity threats. The platform's insights are spot on, and I love how it tailors the training to each person's behavior. It makes security awareness feel much more relevant and engaging for everyone involved. There are a couple of things that could be better. For one, setting up some of the more advanced features took a bit of time to figure out—it's not entirely plug-and-play. Also, while the training content is good, I'd love to see it updated more frequently to cover the latest threats. Culture AI provides an easy to use platform to monitor and provide testing and training in a number of key areas.
Focusing predomanantly on Phishing we have been extremely impressed at the level and sophistication of the built in phishing simulations and the ease of the integration.
The just in time training which is automated when a phishing simulation is failed really gives back time and control to the security team and provides update information for staff.

I am most impressed with the people, our support has been very good. They are willing to listen to feedback and act upon it. We have worked on several bespoke pieces of training for our organisation and I have been impressed by the quality.

Reporting, is frankly pretty poor, I know this is on the roadmap for improvement, hopefully it will be addressed soon. I also lookforward to closer integration with Gmail, it is OK but could be better (to be fair that is probably at least as much the fault of Google). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CultureAI was very easy to set up, is very intuitive and even in the short time we've been using it, new features have been added. We've integrated it into ServiceNow for our Service Desk team and we've already identified so many issues that we probably wouldn't have known about until it was too late. The only real issue we currently have is that CultureAI does trigger a lot of false positives, with no real way to manage these.It would be nice if there was a way to whitelist certain events, particularly saying "Person X should be able to amend users on System Y without triggering a weak password event" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
