CultureAI is unlike any product I have seen in the 'Security Awareness' space. Its ability to monitor over 30 human security behaviours (e.g., using 'strong passwords', use of 'Tor network', up-to-date software and operating systems) has enabled our Security Awareness function to not only monitor which behaviours our workforce are demonstrating but also using the coaching function to educate our workforce on the best practices that they should follow to secure their information. However, the team at CultureAI are incredibly responsive to any potential enhancements that are fed back, offering a tool on the system that shares feedback directly with their 'Customer Success team, and push all enhancements requested by their customers to 'the top of the list'. CultureAI and its 'Security Culture Management System' enable us to prioritise and target learning interventions (e.g., 'just in time training', nudges) towards those individuals, and groups of employees, demonstrating the most significant level of risk to organisations. The automation within the platform removes much of the administrative burden of 'security awareness' teams, including the building of simulated exercises and notifications of simulation failures. We are an SME, it's worth noting that it appears that the solution would work very well for large enterprise clients with more complex needs. The awareness courses are fresh and interactive. Time to complete courses is low meaning that employees are more likely to engage with it rather than see it as a required chore. The UI is nice and modern and there's lots of info for administrators to work from. The phishing simulations are really good and the way the tool works to send people based on their history is a game changer for testing that employees really are doing things right. Being a newish platform there are still a few things around reporting that don't exist which could reduce some admin time, but the team have been responsive to that and I believe these things will be sorted in the not too distant future. CultureAI has been a truly transformational product and has been the heart of our security awareness programme. It has allowed us to educate our employees on the latest cyber threats, test its effectiveness via email phishing simulation and conduct immediate learning interventions via just-in-time training when employees click phishing emails. As a result, we have seen an increase in security maturity across our organisation with users now reporting suspected phishing emails for investigation and sharing positive feedback on how this has also resulted in greater security awareness within their personal lives too! I appreciate the unique take that CultureAI brings to the security awareness market. Security awareness does involve training content and simulating attacks, but it's more than that and CultureAI as a vendor has helped inform my opinion on how I'd like to mature my awareness program beyond the bare minimum. It's a smaller and newer company and is missing some features that would make it much more competitive with other vendors on the market. The security decisions score board automates how many phishing attempts and the difficulty. It also gives great insight in to individuals security decisions with great features such as password hygiene, and gives you a good overall KPI and indicator of your business risks as a whole. The reporting functionality could be a bit more intuitive, giving users the option to manage their time for KPI's (i.e. risk change over the course of a week/month) as right now it is based on 3 months.
