I like that the system has automated phishing emails that are sent to all users in scope - and that it targets users more based on their cyber score. For example if a user has clicked on 10 simulated phishing emails then they will be more targeted with more simulated phishing than someone who hasn't clicked on any. Integrations with Mimecast doesn't seem to work very well and may need looking into more. What do you dislike about CultureAI? - Customisable automatic tests are not available yet, so we had to build our own tests on Google Form and link to them from our policy files. Compliance with ISO 27001, i.e. having security awareness covered. Auditor's expectations are that there are training modules and that there are phishing tests. CultureAI has been super easy to implement, includes automatic syncing from a number of different directories which helped us during an identity migration. I haven't encountered too many issues with CultureAI, as an administrator of the user importing etc. that was super easy to implement. No negative experiences on that front.
