The change from just being a phishing awareness tool to an an encompassing Security Awareness solution is a big step and one that is much needed in the market and Culture AI is well on its way to achieving that and be the market leader, amidst all the challenges. **What do you dislike about CultureAI?** I would say since CultureAI are in process of aquiring lot of customers and developing the platform , there is an initial learning phase where there seems to be issues but hopefully, once that phase is done, there is a powerful tool on our hands. **What problems is CultureAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Culture AI is primed to solve the issue of security awareness as well as other niche features like data security, SaaS security and compliance from a tool perspective. For starters, it has helped in sending phishing simulations and awareness trainings to all users in an easy user friendly manner. ### 2. We've integrated it into ServiceNow for our Service Desk team and we've already identified so many issues that we probably wouldn't have known about until it was too late. The support we've received has been excellent, and it's a system we will likely be using on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about CultureAI?** The only real issue we currently have is that CultureAI does trigger a lot of false positives, with no real way to manage these.It would be nice if there was a way to whitelist certain events, particularly saying "Person X should be able to amend users on System Y without triggering a weak password event" **What problems is CultureAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're now aware of password issues that we wouldn't have known about before. We can now target specific users and get them to change their password for a certain website rather than a blanket email to all users talking about password security. ### 3. By addressing human errors before they escalate, CultureAI helped me to reduce the likelihood of costly data breaches, regulatory fines, or damage to your organization’s reputation. ### 4. Red alerts into the thousands which doesn't look good highlighted in red. **What problems is CultureAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding how susceptible our staff are to Phishing, and helping to promote positive security behaviours such as reporting phishing. A wide selection of tooling, including high quality phishing simulation, awareness nudges, and professional training. Culture AI is always willing to support any questions we have, even creating custom templates and providing culture talks to our staff. **What do you dislike about CultureAI?** The customisation of templates can be difficult without CultureAI assistance. The slack notification service can also be a little slow and causes some confusion with staff. **What problems is CultureAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** CultureAI is heping us approve the awareness of our staff. It also gives great insight in to individuals security decisions with great features such as password hygiene, and gives you a good overall KPI and indicator of your business risks as a whole. **What do you dislike about CultureAI?** The reporting functionality could be a bit more intuitive, giving users the option to manage their time for KPI's (i.e. risk change over the course of a week/month) as right now it is based on 3 months.
